What is he going to blow the plane up with, his mind? Or his graduate degree? o_0 Or the secret crevice a plane-wide search couldn't find?

How could he be a threat? list the ways, please.

It's the tip of the iceberg. I can point to bias against Muslims in a thousand ways: this thread topic isn't actually that well-suited to it. But if you want to generalize to evidence of racism or bigotry, let's talk it out.

Nothing stops you from investigating further or coming up with examples of your own, though I'm aware of your utter laziness.

Is immediate physical harm the only situation you can perceive as a "threat"? Still does not answer how you would know as a fact it is a "non-threat".

Let's just look at this biased (if not blatantly racist) post.

See how this guy just lies and makes facts up.

The family was told at check-in to bring the seat on board. They then asked for a belt that was advertised by the airline's website - the flight attendant then came back and asked them to leave the plane without explanation.

The surrounding passengers interrupted shouting, "but they did nothing wrong!"

Bobby spins this in another narrative - by making up facts to justify discrimination. It's so depressing and sick that people do this.

    Why Bobby? Why?

The evidence that's lacking is the evidence that the anonymous snitch could speak Arabic well and correctly heard what the other person was saying/the snitch was not lying.

What if the snitch was the Arabic-speaking terrorist? mind=blown!

Can you list what you perceive as a threat, because this is getting really ridiculous. What are you threatened by. Future terrorist plots? Verbal harm?

I can tell you why it's a non-threat for me but you seem to be all degrees of sensitive more than me.

That article actually points to another instance of discrimination where a United rep told a Muslim woman she wouldn't give her an unopened can of soda so she "couldn't use it as a weapon."

The woman who wanted the soda must have been a real dick.

You think you could point to bias against Muslims in 1000 ways, but given that you see everything as bias against Muslims, odds are you'd just embarrass yourself.

You thought that the mere fact that a "middle eastern looking" person was kicked off a flight was evidence of bias against Muslims. It doesn't occur to you that people get kicked off flights for a host of reasons every day.....I mean, it makes sense that some of them will be "middle eastern looking" but that doesn't mean that "the man" is out to get them like you'd have people believe.

The lead singer of Green Day was kicked off a flight for having his pants sag too low.....is that evidence of racism against white people? How about when Alec Baldwin got kicked off a flight for refusing to stop playing Words With Friends? Oh wait, it told you the actual reasons they got kicked off the flight, I guess I should have said, white person kicked off flight, thus racism. I know that's more your speed.

Well I tried to talk some sense into this board, but unfortunately some people are immune to common sense and logic. It's incredibly easy to get kicked off a flight, there was a story about a woman getting kicked off a flight for saying "Of course I am going to comply, I'm going to do whatever you say because you are the Queen of this airplane" when she was told to take her baby out of a carrier.....of course that doesn't further any narrative so there's no thread about it.

Use your brains people. It might hurt a bit at first, but once you get used to doing it, you'll be fine.

Right--so there was no need to allege that the Muslim in question got into an argument to warrant their eviction.

What kind of bias does it show when you straight up make facts and assumptions to suit "your narrative"? How are you "using your brain?"

Also, Bobby, fun fact about that story about the "Queen of the Airplane", that person actually got into an argument (LOL)--

Can you now compare this to the instances highlighted and "use your brain"? Thanks.

It's not an allegation, in the case with the family, they were arguing with a flight attendant about the belt for the child's seat. You argue with the flight attendant, you end up off the flight. Simple as that.....unless you are some kind of minority then you claim racism and stupid people like you will run with it.

Maybe you haven't flown much and that's why you have such an ignorant understanding of how things work on planes, I don't know, but you aren't making yourself look good kiddo.

And as far as you know, there is a similar explanation for why others were removed from flights as well, but those things fit your stupid narrative, so you run with it.

Find it. There's video of the incident. And where is your "argument" canary?

Can you defend this while you're at it?

    Thanks.

I posted the same link a few posts up - Bobby won't respond when you beat him.

I love this part from the article:

Yes, but DudeWah - what would you do if you were the flight crew and came across a Muslim with a Coke can? What would you do??? Answer the question!

Some people hear a story and immediately think about rational explanations for it, some people hear a story and immediately their mind goes to fantastic explanations and activates a persecution complex.

    I truly pity the latter.
