Those are trade deadline comments made in February. Of course he will say that about his team.

So you are asking if whether Morey's comments at the trade deadline would still be the same now?? Would he still say the same thing?

It's worth asking. Just that your thread title makes it sound like Morey said it after Game 2, rather than a post, trade-deadline answer.

 

These are the things that you have to say when you are still playing the games . He can't publicly say our team sucks , I don't stand behind them . Why you guys keep killing our staff and players for saying the politically correct thing ?

 

Yes it is. Even though I've never seen it ever in real life nor any other illicit drug. mar1juana briefly but that's about it. Would never try it as the the occasional buzz from alcohol is more than adequate.

We have cut or gotten rid of so many players that could help this team - I am just not convinced that Morey knows how to build a proper roster.

It would be helpful to know where the Rockets were when they got rid of these players. It's really easy to look back and pick and choose the players that could have been great for this team.
