    This is it.

    Complete overhaul of the roster, coaching staff, logo, jerseys, court design.

    If we want this team to get back on their feet while Harden is still in his prime, we need to clean the house completely.

    Its not a complete overhaul if you keep Harden in the team. We are in this mess because this team and system is built around Harden. Lots of good players came and go because they couldn't work around Harden.

    Let everyone walk. Hire a well respected GM and president of bball operations. Trade all the current under contract players except Harden and Capela. Hire a young up and coming coach(former player). Go after smart, high BBALL IQ free agents to fill out the roster.

    Release new logos and colors and uniforms and home floor all closely resembling our original classic and more importantly championship brand.

    Profit.

    Incorrect.

    We haven't had a coach(GM?) that installed a system that allowed ALL our players to play to their strengths.

    All you have to do is look at the players on our teams that shoot an abundance of 3's because of their role in the offense. Dmo? Smoove? Brewer? KJ? TJones?

    The thing that Morey forgot with regards to high percentage shots. If you don't ever threaten the other team with a mid range game, they won't guard you there. And if they don't worry about guarding the mid range game, you just made it that much easier to defend the paint and the 3 point line.

    The idea is and always has been to get OPEN shots...wherever the defense gives you in running your offense. If you telegraph where all your shots are going to come from before the game even starts, you just made defending you MUCH easier.
