    Rebuilding Atlanta: 0-9
    Minnesota: 0-9
Past two offseason "winners" Arizona/San Diego: 3-7
    Predicted-to-be <strike>2017</strike>2016 World Series champions Houston 3-7

    It's early. ;)

Better safe than sorry, i want him in July.

This is a bit disconcerting though.

The Stros have been lucky, how many other teams have not had a major shoulder/elbow injury to a front-line starter or prospect?

It blows my mind that they can't get marisnick a start every once in a while . He started off the year so hot last year , and Gomez could really use a day off to calm the **** down . **** even springer could use a day off to balance his approach back to what worked so well last year .

I enjoyed last game. Nobody was stat padding or ballhogging. I'm easily becoming an Astros Fan. Who is the GM of this team?

Yeah I stopped trying to make sense of Hinch's moves.

On the flip-side, most elbow injuries (specifically UCL/TJ surgery) is entirely fixable/recoverable.

Generalized soreness, without any obvious cause or solution (other than rest) can be problematic in terms of timetables or avoiding continuous setbacks.

At first, I thought they were simply getting his rest in now (to limit his overall usage this year, much like they did at mid-season last year)... but them continuing to bring up *continuous soreness* is worrisome.

Yes, I know, but if one of them is out for *this* year, that is bad, no? I'll worry about next year, next year.

Sorry, Dr. Nick, you are absolutely right. Unless it's something degenerative or repetitive it's not at all career-threatening thing anymore. Ain't science grand?

Of course... I'm just saying that sometimes the yo-yo in/out of the rotation, on/off/on the DL, can be just as damaging (in terms of wins) and more annoying (and that's before considering the potential in-game pitch count/inning restriction issues).

I am also worried, elbow is fixable but shoulder is a problem.

    Hopefully is nothing.

So eloquently put. I like it.

Eventually they have to break through right? Time for Detroit to feel the wrath....

    Go Stros.
