This. Very good season so far, I just caught up yesterday. Plus Chuck went from a likable guy who you feel sorry for to this total dick.
Mike F'd up tho.... Spoiler he let the driver of the truck see his car and he will give a description to Hector.
That wasn't Mike's car. If I'm not mistaken, that was a smaller blue car- Mike's is a... well, someone help me with the car specifics!!
Came in here to say just that. Took 9 damn episodes, but finally, an intriguing episode. Not a pretty good 15 minutes of content stretched out for 49 minutes. Finally 1 solid full episode. They really didn't even have to: Spoiler Kill Chuck (at least I think he's dead. I hope he's dead) for me too be satisfied. Personally I was good after Kim told Chuck off after he accused Jimmy of forgery. I think that was 30 minutes in. Any other episode that would have been it. There was a ton in this episode. Considering how slow this show is, felt like a season finale.
You see a lot of the lessons Mike learned and then imparted to Walt being played out...... I thought it was an excellent episode as well but I've been in the minority and enjoyed this season throughout.....
Weird way for such a good character actor that is portraying Chuck to go out but something's gotta give
Best episode of the show, so many things happened. Expected Kim to flip, but she even told Jimmy to cover up every bit of evidence, cold-blooded. Don't think Chuck is dead, and surely don't hope Jimmy is rushing to the shop to help, would make his attempts of covering up obsolete.
Compared to what else is on TV, I thoroughly agree. It's like a Sergio Leone western, a lotta build-up and then BAM! The difference is that Mike and Jimmy had to get to the point where their actions had deadly consequences (exception of Mike and the cops in Philly)- as opposed to Walter White, where it happened in the first episode. Both have finally arrived at that spot. And I imagine there's no turning back now.
I don't think Chuck died either... I like how Jimmy had all of this bad mojo pressing down on him. The possibility of Kim being mad, Chuck finding out, having to retrace his steps and cover his tracks multiple times. Stressed me out. Not an easy thing to do...
No, he's still hanging on, previews from next week show Jimmy in a Hospital. Mike, damn he good, switched cars to a burner car to CYA.
So Nacho's little explanation of "we cleaned it up" is definitely a precursor to Mike's eventual career path.
