That's how I read it but some just hear whatever fits into whatever narrative they're most comfortable with.
I think it's pretty obvious while watching the team the last couple of games that James is the only one who actually cares to win games and make the playoffs. It's pretty sad. I think Bev cares and im sure Ariza does also because he's a good friend to Harden. But the rest don't give two ****s and it's shows. Dmo sitting on The bench pouting because he knows he's in a comtract year and is sucking it up costing himself major money. He's played worse than when he first came back 15-20 games ago. He should be improving and he's not I think that's were his frustration is coming from. Dwight you can tell he doesn't care at all it shows in his play and demeanor on the court. He's so worried about his brand and what people think of him. HELLO??? No body likes you bro the city of Houston was behind you till you lethargic piss poor effort the last 15 games. Dwight wasn't getting all these post touched when he was putting up 18-20 and 12 during the middle of the season. We're did that guy go? We need winners and guys who wanna play hard our highest paid player quit a month ago and a lot of players followed. Pathetic.

Yeah agreed - I'm sure Harden has some bonuses lined up for playoff appearances. The rest of the guys know that it's a lost season. Honestly I stopped watching this team after the Suns game. They disgust me. Their inconsistency and flippant attitude disgust me. I'm ready for a partial teardown and a new coach and honestly, a lotto pick to start anew with a proper team built around Harden.
[rQUOTEr]Here's what can happen tonight: •Dallas clinches a playoff spot with a win OR a Houston loss. •Utah clinches a playoff spot with a win AND a Houston loss. •The Rockets are eliminated with a loss AND a Utah win. If the Rockets are to make the playoffs, they need the following: •Houston goes 2-0 to finish at 41-41 AND Utah loses once or Dallas loses twice. •Houston goes 1-1 to finish at 40-42 AND Utah loses twice. The Rockets hold tiebreakers over both Dallas (better division record) and Utah (better conference record). The remaining schedule: Monday •Houston at Minnesota, 7 p.m. •Dallas at Utah, 8 p.m. Wednesday •Sacramento at Houston, 7 p.m. •San Antonio at Dallas, 7 p.m. •Utah at LA Lakers, 9:30 p.m. http://www.chron.com/sports/rockets/article/Rockets-playoff-scenarios-for-Monday-7241283.php[/rQUOTEr]
That's a good question, and honestly i don't have an answer, but at the end i'd say Pop will want to face the Mavs more than us for sure, and maybe also more than the Jazz since it's a younger and more physical team...just my two cents.
It's really going to be tough to beat the Kings and Spurs on the same day at the same time. Can Harden play 84 minutes?
Well everybody knows Harden's usage rate is through the roof. You just need to give him two balls to beat two teams at the same time.
I'm over us going to the playoffs and will not be sad if we miss but if this team has any heart at all they better at least hold up their end of the bargain and win these last two. I've said it for about half the year, this team is simply a .500 team and they are on track to be even worse.
I can't believe I'm doing this, but.... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/YXjEjskSn6g" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/w0gRicpB_4Y" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Obviously, chemistry is crucial. I don't place blame on JB for that issue. I can see where he's coming from and what he's doing, as a coach. He's made some very bad errors, but I'm with JVG, with the belief that he's done a decent job, despite all of the BS surrounding the team. The players aren't frustrated with JB, allegedly. They're frustrated with one another. My PJ's subtly spread it. Cliques kill. Look at the Warriors: Eating together as a team after every game with the entire coaching staff. As much as I despise Draymond and Steph, they've made a family on and off of the court. Our guys don't vibe like that. You've got a mix of Hollywood, Venice Beach and Compton.
Don't look at shooting stats, look at his game impact as of late.
