Yeah, if huge ugly guy felt threatened, all he needed to do was get in his Hummer and wait for the PoPo. No excuse, and should be an easy murder trial. What a horrible dumb ass. SMDH @ our society.
Might not be random. Per BSPN, there might be a link between the cop that Smith had dinner with and the death of the suspect's dad. Could be a coincidence.
Sadly, that would make more sense. Especially rear-ending someone so that they get out of their car to check the bumper, get your insurance info, whatever.
No claim, just saying there could be a link - motive for the shooting. Maybe the suspect thought he was rear ending the cop.
Man, we live in a world with people that have no accountability for themselves. It's always somebody else's fault in their heads. Oh, I stepped on your shoes, **** you, you shouldnt have had them out there mentality. Its sickening, sad and so disrespectful. Parents need to be slapped and have their young children taken away from them if they cant parent correctly. Your child is not always right. ACCOUNTABILITY! Step up, be a man and admit you were wrong, right the wrong and move on. If anybody is a parent and gets a call from the school/teacher telling them that their child was acting up and you, as a parent, respond in anger/retaliation and automatically think the school/teacher/system is wrong. Do the world a favor and stab yourself, not fatally but in the thigh or something. You're just making the next generation/world worse with your shetty parenting skills.
They can barely tell if Smith hit the Hummer so it sounds like it was a minor collision. Clearly a dick move. Possibly alcohol related. Will be interested in BAC of both guys.
So, if Smith rear ended the guy and drove away, chasing him down and murdering him after a payback rear ending was just self defense? Oh yeah, that lawyer's story makes sense now. I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. My bad.
I mean seriously, that's his defense? Apparently his lawyer is Lionel Hutz. The defendant followed him with the intent to kill him, but they were involved in a minor fender bender so it's OK. If anything, this comes closer to proving premeditation than it does to getting him off the hook.

Police found a fully loaded handgun in Smiths vehicle. No signs it was fired though. Wonder if Smith was reaching for it before he was killed.
Anyone think the murderers lawyer sounds like Saul Goodman in the press releases? Sorry if that comes off as insensitive. Its all I think when I read a quote by him.
Both parties seem like idiots. Smith should've paid up instead of hit-and-running. He was probably drunk so he didn't want to get a DUI. New witness info says both of them were puffing their chests with weapons.
