Hate crime's origins are bread and butter to the South's rich cultural legacy and "traditions". I thought all proud Confederates were taught their history. The intent was to make sure "messages" to keep minorities in line (brown, women, homosexuals) was punished appropriately in the eyes of the law. Does that mean whites can't be victims of hate crime? That can be more circumstantial because sometimes the criminal act isn't as overt as hog tying a victim, driving 5 blocks with him to chained the end of a pickup, or say burning down the victims house to flush him out and then hanging him in a tree in front of a group of concerned citizens because he had sex with a woman of a different color. But yes, if a white guy gets beat up or worse wandering down a black neighborhood, the circumstances within could constitute as a hate crime. Needless to say, the people on the ground doing the work have a better shot of calling intent rather than keyboard warriors getting cherry picked references from old outdated photoshopped sources.

How can someone with such poor control of even the rudimentary aspects to the english language take the SAT . Its not a hard test by any means, but you have to demonstrate basic comprehension and critical thinking skills at least. Is it a different process for community colleges?
