Beasley has the luxury of playing while Harden is on the bench. DMo calls for the ball plenty of times, but the ball usually ends up in Harden's hands.
Wekko. DMO has not played well the last few games but its still hard to believe he not would get any minutes at all against Dallas. The only person outside of Harden, Howard and Ariza who's allowed to play through a bad stretch is the coach's pet Corey Brewer
+/- only serves as a single tool in your entire shed of statistics. It's telling us he's bring something to the table that isn't showing up in a box score. If you can't make use of a statistic, it's not on the statistic, it's on you.
Dmo has been missing his post touches , his pick and roll opportunities , his jump shots ... It doesn't matter , he still deserves pt based solely off his rotational defense and his propensity to move the ball on offense .
Harden for whatever reason gives it to Beasley more often. Beasley has been stinking amazing - but he plays a game similar to Harden..maybe they just like that style? DD
so what did brewer to do be on the positive end of the game last night. he was an absolute negative yesterday. it's on you. explain that.
Man they need to try out Dmo and Beasley at the 4 and 5 tonight. This lineup opens up the lane for Harden since the other team has to respect their jumpshot.
Anything halfway intelligent that JBB does he is required by law to bundle together with 3 stupid things.
Brewer slipped in the medical report by the Pistons to him and J.B. got really scared. D-Mo asked J.B. to have his back: "Coach come on now, you knew about this and you love to stick with what is broken."
Yes, target another real starting power forward to be benched when the team needs them to play. The problem is, and has always been JBB, not DMo or any other player.
Yeah, he guarded Nowitzki. It's confounding to me that many on the bbs constantly say that if a SF subs for a PF, that means they are playing PF. No, Ariza slides over.
J.B is a terrible coach, if he knew Dmo was injured why not stay big and start Beasley and let Smith come off the bench bringing defensive energy. Like sometimes I wonder is he's playing certain bad lineups on purpose or does he really not know how to match up positions. Dirk ain't what he use to be so he's not a heavy defensive assignment for Beas, Smith could focus on defending Lee, moving the ball and spacing the floor. I understand that Ariza can guard the four spot but he's better served at three guarding Matthews who hit some timely three pointers. Bev has no excuse for allowing Barea to kill him time after time, he was shooting so well at one point Breen called him J.J beretta. Bev just doesn't have the foot speed he once had, it would've been nice to see Goudelock for more than one ****ing minute. It just sucks that we have a lot of talent on this team but because the coaching is so piss poor, we have nights like last night. I'm a true fan so I'm still hoping for the best but because I know there are a lot of changes on the horizon, I can't wait for this season to be over.
Yep, but Dwight is still in the middle, which is why they should try Dmo and Beasley, both guy that can hit the jumper.
