Doesn't Brewer have 2 more years, or is the 3rd year a team option?

If Morey still believes coach is not that important, Rockets head coach will only change from scrub coach A to scrub coach B for next season.

I Just don't understand why brewer and even more so Terry continue to see the floor at all.

Terry is here to do one thing and that's hit 3s. I feel like he hasn't hit one in over a month.

Brewer sucks we know this but atleast he can move and somewhat stay in front of his man but boy he needs to get his but glued to the nech also. Really wish Deker was available just to see if he has anything. Our wing production is awful our guard production is awful. Our PF prduction is awful outside to beasley and our center position is decent.

I still don't know how we won 56 games last year Harden was better than I remember I guess. The guy is playing good enough ball to we're if we had half decent players we would have 50 wins.

I just don't get it. They were trapping harden the last 3 min of the game and we don't have beasley in who can make a bucket but instead we have brewer who got 2 open looks and clanked both. Smh what's wrong with this coaching staff.

On the bright side I can almost guarantee this won't be our last loss so I'm sure we're going I get the draft pick and we can use it on another scrub who hopefully we can use to package with brewer to dump his salary because I have no faith in a morey 1st round pick at all.

Jason Terry: 17 minutes, 1-6 FG
Corey Brewer: 23 minutes 1-9 FG

Tough to win close games when you have two rotation players providing nothing offensively. They both have been in a shooting slump for weeks, yet they continue to get significant minutes. The offense down the stretch of games would be much more dangerous with Goudelock as the corner shooter over Brewer. If they want defense, KJ is a far better option than Brewer, plus he's better at finishing around the rim.

I'll give JBB credit for keeping the team afloat after taking over the team under less than ideal circumstance. The players seem to respect him for the most part, from a leadership standpoint he's been decent. In terms of in-game decisions though, that's where he really looks like a rookie coach. I mean, it took months of Jones playing awful on both ends of the court for him to finally be removed from the rotation, now we have a similar situation with Terry/Brewer. You have to be able to bench, or severely limit the minutes of a player that is struggling/hurting the team, even if you are friends with them.

Maybe JBB thinks Terry and Brewer has chance to win DPOY, so he gives them tons of PT. LOL

Time to sit Harden for the rest of the year and get as low as possible.

Sucks that they couldn't make the Mavericks pay for continuing to trap/double Harden off PnR plays. Last year Smith had a lot of success against the Mavericks as the secondary playmaker, when they forced the ball out of Harden's hands.

Brewers bricks were so bad, not even close, no chance for a rebound.
Terry was just as bad. Why would you have him guard Barea? And the idiot just stood there with 3 seconds waiting to get fouled

Just when you think JBB turned the corner by starting KJ. He instead permabenches DMo and ends up still giving more minutes to both Terry and Brewer over KJ. Unbelievable

I was really happy with the energy this team played with, even though the shots didn't fall and the result wasn't what we wanted.

Was some of the best defense I've seen of this team.

His loyalty to Terry, Brewer, and Jones (before finally getting benched) has cost the Rockets a number of wins this year.
