Team Pitch Count is 1200. That is not classified information.

He should go as long as possible, this game is over and we should save other relievers from pitching multiple innings. Feliz should go to Triple a and another reliever for the Astros.

why. I'm pretty sure he didn't tell McHugh to walk the first three batters.

McHugh and Feliz have thrown about 115 pitches and were not even out of the 3rd yet....

What worries me about Feliz is that i have not seen great stuff from this pitcher.

His fastball is 92 with not great movement, and secondary pitching average.

This guy is not really starter material.

And he doesn't have to be. We have Martes and Devenski in the wings to take over starter roles . It'd be nice if Feliz could develop into a great reliever, and I'm not going to give up on him this early in his career. He does however need to go back to Corpus or maybe Fresno and get more seasoning.

Sending Feliz down and signing Wandy seems like a sensible move. Seems like that would have been the way to go before the season too.
