So that's why no game thread yesterday. Castor knew it'd be rained out. The crew has powers !!! Excited for the season's start. Not only do I want wins, but nice stats would be good too. Keuchel maintains a low ERA and all our hitters with good OPS's. Not for Fantasy, for bragging rights and baseball history. Astros tying the 10+ HR record last season was good for franchise and MLB history. If only Lowrie hit one more
It would be hard to do again, but the 9 guys in the opening day lineup plus White & Gattis figure to have good shots at hitting 10HR again. Reed could do it to depending on how much opportunity he gets. Stassi, Duffy, & Marisnick all have the pop to get there, but I don't think any of them will see the number of ABs it would take them to get there.

Yes!!! Finally!!! Its been a long Winter and Spring waiting for the games to count again. Hope the frigid temps in NY don't have any ill effects on our pitching staff. GO STROS!!!!
I'm wondering if Marwin is effectively a starter at this point. If he's playing 1B against RH and 3B against LH, he's going to play a lot.
Oh boy, I can't wait to see how many here think the entire front office needs to be fired if the Astros lose today.
