KJ played more minutes than Brewer. JB has got to do that for the remainder of the season if he wants to win, right? He's got to. He will. Will he?
Win against Dallas and I'll start believing again. It's going to be real tough though. You can't deny they've been playing better than us last few games. Definitely harder. And they're at home. And like someone else mentioned, Carlisle can out coach us. Beverly will be key against Barea.
I actually am starting to lean this way as well. Looking at their schedule, they could EASILY lose out and finish 41-41.
All depends on the Warriors. Memphis plays them twice. I can totally see Warriors benching their first and second units, kind of intentionally, just to prop the Grizzlies into the 8th spot.
I just don't see them losing their last 5. They play hard. They'll get a victory somewhere. And it's not like the teams below them (including the Rockets) are going to win out.
Have to defend the three point line. Can't let Wesley Matthews go off on us. We also have to take advantage of them inside. Beasley should eat up whichever big they put out there on him.
Or do you mean the Warriors actually care who they play in the first round having just won 69-8 , and 37-1 at home?
Yeah it's gotten to the point where the Warriors would rather have a challenge in the 1st round than coasting to an easy 4 game sweep. The Grizzlies are a team that scares no one and will provide the least resistance in the 1st round.
For the first time in ever did I realize things could go really really bad for Memphis. Wow. That okc W gave me another reason to believe in this team, I just hope they continue to play and capitalize on this schedule. Let Utah and Dallas slug it out themselves at the bottom and not join them please.

If Rockets make it past the 1st round, as 6th seed, they would face Spurs in the 2nd round instead of the Warriors.
You really think the Rockets will win at Dallas and then lose at Minnesota? Come to think of it, it would be just like this team to do something that stupid.
I thought about that this morning, but then I realized there's no way the Warriors will tank a game when the all-time biggest win total is on the line.
There is NO WAY Utah wins their last game. That's Kobe's last game and I guarantee that the Lakers will be going off like CRAZY in that game. I just hope our seeding doesn't have to depend on that game.
If Rockets lose against the Mavs I can easily see us losing another to one of those loser teams and blow it. Also, with a win @ Dallas, I can see us dropping one the very next night as the guys think we're there already. 1 game at a time baby, nothing is safe.
Plus it's in Warriors best interest to beat the Grizz and hope the Grizz fall to 8th place which is very possible That gives the Warriors a gimmick first rounder
Here we are at the end of a dysmal season. Five games to go with essentially no margin for a loss anywhere, unless you want to be dependent on others to lose their games. These last few games are not only meant to be a run for the playoffs. They will be used for an evaluation of the whole team -- the players, the coaches and even Morey. It is the proverbial do or die. Let's see if they can string something to finish the regular season.
We're going to win out, and the Grizz are going to lose out. Portland drops into the fifth seed, and we drop into the sixth. I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN I BELIEVE THAT WE WILL WIN I bElIEve tHAt wE wIlL wIn!!!!
