They tried their best to give GS that game, and I'm not referring to the Boston players.

But what about Green getting tackled first?

looked like Green tripping over a player who slipped, accidental.

the tackle screen by Green was entirely intentional.

Good win by the Celtics, I love Brad Stevens as a coach. I think this is a good lost for the Warriors..Steve Kerr will use tonight's lost to motivate the team and hopefully remind them that their not invincible and must play better defense(like last year) to win the championship. Tonight's lost does leave a bad taste in my mouth, but Warriors will be fine.

the celtics actually got quite a few calls in that game. not necessarily bad calls but 50/50 kind of calls that were like 80/20 for most of the 2nd half. i wanna say boston had only been called for 6 fouls (at least the announcer said) at some point in the 4th quarter. whatever the number was, the fouls and free throws were hugely in favor of boston at one point and right when you figured the refs would make some make-up calls they actually gave the celtics some correct calls that you never see the underdog get at that point when the home crowd is going crazy booing the refs.

Who cares if it's an accident? A foul is a foul, right? If they call the first one, that's 2 shots and the ball for fouling before the ball is inbounded.

A foul is a foul except in an end game situation like that. That's the NBA and you know it.

Turner slipped, but what Draymond did was entirely intentional and was impossible to ignore.

The Blazers play the Warriors well...and totally spanked them at Portland. Then were on the process of being shelled at GS only to fight back into that game.

Lillard and McCollum are good enough to punish Golden State...May happen, may not...I'd love for GSWSPN to go nuts if Portland also does the "impossible"

Green gets away with the dirtiest fouls in the game. He must give the refs his game checks to not call that even once.

The ref even shrugs his shoulders and shakes his head when Green tackles Smart.

All I'm saying is that if you're going to b**** about the 2nd foul, the you have to acknowledge the first one, regardless of intent.

Yea...so what. They did something NO one else did...and that was spank them..badly. I expect a very competitive next game.

I've said this before, but the Warriors are way too careless, and a good defense team can give them issues...but they just have too much elite shooting to make up for their defensive lapses.

I never even thought about it til just now. The Celtics are the franchise that owns the 40-1 all-time best home record in a season(the '86 team). Poetic of them to deny Golden State an unbeaten record at home. Of course, the Spurs could still achieve it.
