Just because he got the ball doesn't mean the other players were working well with him, a good PG, is only as good as his teamates willingness to move to open spaces, to set screens for their teamates to get open etc.

Our players are conditioned to stand in the corner and let Harden do his thing, we have very little body movement - like GS or SA do, and like Adelman coached teams did.

Our system sucks, it will never win anything we have to get more team oriented....

Imagine how a good productive role player like Shaun Livingston would suck in our gimmick system.

Here you go Shaun, take the ball but remember no mid range J's for you Shaun. No one is going to make back door cuts, come off screens for you, set solid picks etc. You'll just have to drive to the rim for a layup or pass to one of the guys standing fixed at the corner 3 so that they can jack up a 3. Remember we need to shoot at least 30 3's a game, contested or not. The moar the better.

Oh wait he already had enough of this and was cut. He moved on and played a decent role in getting a ring.

Didn't we cut Livingston in favor of Scott Machado?

    Man...

Meh...Lawson looked like a mentally weak, washed up has been with the Rox and doesn't look like much of a difference maker with the Pacers either. I do agree that if Lawson had much to offer to the Rox it's highly unlikely he would have been utilized well with the level of coaching on this team currently but Lawson sucks now so who gives a **** what he thinks at this point about being utilized properly.

No we cut Shaun Livingston because he had millions in non-guaranteed dollars on his contract.

Also Livingston was cut the day after the Rockets agreed to trade for & extend James Harden.

Boy people around here really have no sense of place & time.

What is Indiana's plan to integrate Ty Lawson?

Where can we learn lessons on our own failure to do so?

It looks like he's the same shell of Ty Lawson of old, playing sparse minutes as an end-of-rotation guy, pretty much what he was when he was waived...

....you appear to have an opposing view - why are you not prepared to defend it or support it?

I'm asking for answers, you seem to have them. Why can't you elaborate?

Also Ty can go F himself. Even if he was not used properly or whatever, he was a complete no show on the basketball court. I mean COMPLETE. I mean its basketball, NBA system or street ball... DO SOMETHING to get yourself in the game.

Also Ty isn't exactly lighting it up for Indiana thus far (what... 4 PPG), and the best he could get in free agency after being waived was another backup PG job... to a team with George Hill as their starting PG (I like Hill, but lets not kid ourselves that he's a top 10 PG or anything).

So Ty can take his desire to blame the Rockets for his own issues, and stick that blame up his own arse. Can't believe we wasted a 1st round pick on that loser with a loser mentality.

I'm speaking for myself there too. I look at some of those deals way and think the same... wait we gave up on him for him?? It's really easy to forget the concept of place & time.

Yep, as I have said repeatedly Le$ Alexander is one cheap SOB. People refuse to acknowledge his history of money over players.

Kudos for Bev to take the high road.

And yeah, we let go of Livingston because of his contract.

Also, we let go of Lin in favor of Jonny Flynn because Flynn had a guaranteed contract and Lin didn't. We all know what happened afterward and we had to use the poison pill to get Lin back, which was much more than what we would have to pay Flynn.

What? That's not what he said at all. Now the part about our coaching staff sucking is probably what he did mean, but iunno about "no respect from the org.", unless cool doesn't mean what it used to mean.

An interesting quote. A lot being said in two words there. Not exactly sure what it is, though.

It just sounds more and more like the players don't give a **** about the season as long as JB is the coach.
