Another close lost. Say what you will about McHale but he was a pretty good coach in close games last season. 2nd seed with a so-so point differential. We're pretty much losing every game within a few possessions because of JB's ****ty rotations.
we all, or most of us, knew jb was trash 5 months ago. les not willing to pay up for a real coach this season is what fans should be furious about
JB should be gone at the end of the year but I don't trust Morey hiring another coach. Morey needs to be gone as well. Start fresh with a totally new culture/philosophy in this organization.
BJ Buggerstaff is doing what he knows best which is NOT MUCH The problem here again is Mauri who believes coaching doesn't matter and he can get away with lackeys and puppets like McFail and BJ Why would he hire McFail's assistant of 4 years here in Houston and several years before that in Minny? Blame the fat number crunching geek more than BJ
These season has been terrible...mainly because of Bickercrap! This team would be at least 5th seed if the coach had a clue! How many games have we lost due to Bickercrap's poor rotations!
This is true. People complained about some of the players McHale played. But, his rotations were consistent and made a lot more sense than what Bickerstaff is doing. I've never seen an NBA coach play so many different players at different times than JBB. It's like he's pulling numbers out of a hat to determine who plays. It's just weird.
Under Morey we have gone from JVG to Adelman to McHale to Bickerstaff - clearly we are headed in the wrong direction. DD
A complete fail to fire McHale early on he season. With Beasley, McHale and his small ball would have taken advantage way better than JB and we know he was able to play dmo the right way. But that was the owner call so he can't blame anybody else for overreacting
I keep having to remind myself that he shouldn't have been put in this situation to begin with. He is so completely and utterly and obviously bad, but he did not deserve to be put in this spot. That's on Morey and Les.

Those inbound plays were pitiful to watch. We have to be like 0-10 with 10 desperation shots in those situations....
Bet the Rockets hire Kelvin Sampson knowing how stupid they are when it comes to the value of coaching.
McHale is equally terrible. Go back to the footage. Last year there was much more 'heart' to win for some strange reason. But McHale, Bickerstaff, and Finch are just awful collectively and reveal so in their brief post game interviews. Finch revealed he had no clue back in a game at the turn of the year. Just a terrible bunch that all needed to go.
