All the incendiary rhetoric, hate speech, and sheer stupidity by Trump on policies put aside, here's why he will lose the elections in November.

It's almost April, Trump has a significant lead and momentum heading into the final stretch of primary season and yet he is still running the same scorched earth, crash-and-burn his opponent strategy. He wants to "spill beans" when he needs to scoop up delegates and end this race. He wants to talk about Cruz's mistresses while boasting about his own infidelities. This is not the style that will get him elected. His handlers should have forced him to tone it down long ago and make the successful tilt to a general election candidate.

Come November when every media pundit and political hack conducts the post-elections Trump autopsy, they will find this fatal strategy failure as the root and cause of his demise. Trump clawed and barked his way to 35% of Republican voters. Enough to get him the nomination, but never made the move for the bigger prize of 50% of the general electorate need to win the presidency. Simply put, there aren't enough stupid people in the general electorate for Trump to exploit and every passing day has thousands more swearing NEVER TRUMP. This will be the verdict handed down by historians on why Trump was outdone by himself.

he seems to really admire him, which makes sense considering trump is an authoritarian/nationalist.

please name one president in the last 50 years who has not met with a leader accused of horrible treatment of their own people.

i have less of a problem with obama going to cuba and shaking hands with raul castro than i do with george w. bush going around holding hands and making out with saudi princes, who are considered by many to be the most repressive regime on the planet.

sitting down and talking with people you disagree with is how adults do things...trump would have ordered air force 1 to take him home b/c he was not greeted at the airport by castro...another example of how childish, petty and stupid he is.

not an obama supporter, but the embargo on cuba was stupid and im glad he ended it. if anything, opening up cuba will be a good start in overthrowing the oppressive regime there...our policy for the last 50 years clearly was not working.

So why are so upset with Trump wanting better relations with Putin? Also what you quoted from Trump is not a "praise" to Kim Jong Un.

Far from a praise, don' you think?

    I can't decide what's worse:
    1. Kissing the King on the face.
    2. Bowing down and kissing the King's ring.

I should start a new thread to find out.

Neither. It's just custom. If you can't handle custom, you are just too full of yourself.

Don't worry, no one understands custom and tradition quite like the Saudis.
    Nope, wait, there's a rival...

Uninformed voters that are willing to vote for Clinton are dangerous.

Leftists- "we shouldn't police the world, isolate ourselves from the rest of the world and let them govern their countries."

    Trump- "Let's do it"

Leftists- " Oh my god Trump is so dangerous. He's literally Hitler.

Personally, it's my Marxist wet dream that a candidate like Trump will come along and start so many trade wars that it will incite the end of capitalism, but people who are more moderate may object to that definition of "isolation".

We already have our TipJar bet going, so it's not worth it for me to discuss too much here. Your donation to Clutchfans will be sweet in more ways than one.

However, I find your choice of words to be odd. Why are potential voters for Hillary "uninformed?" And, moreover, the idea that people who vote for Hillary are "dangerous" is downright ludicrous. (You may want to consider the difference between "misinformed" and "uninformed" by the way)

I'm sure you have listened and watched YOUR candidate and his supporters over the last year. If you want to describe ANY candidate as "dangerous," the only one who comes close is Trump. Not only does he entertain violent, sinister ideas and behaviors, he has inspired his fringe, voting core to be a vicious support group. That's part of being "uninformed."

When you cannot tolerate or even try to understand an opposing view, to the point that you become physically violent, verbally abusive and temporarily lose your moral code, you have chosen to become "uninformed" because you have shut down your ability to reason. That is "dangerous."

YOUR candidate has become the recent TwitterFinger gangster (See: Drake and Meek Mill for pop culture reference) as of yesterday, and he says so many "uninformed" things that he later has to recant. Do you think Trump has the ability to reflect before speaking out? I'm sure he does, but he fails to practice the common "thinking before speaking" technique time and time again. When he speaks on foreign policy and terrorism, and later has to recant, once again, isn't that "dangerous" or "uninformed?"

When Donald Trump's future voters BELIEVE everything he says, even after he has to take his outbursts back or clarify them for decency, isn't that "dangerous?" I could choose countless examples of your Trump "peer group" acting "uninformed" and "dangerous," but I think it's only fair to acknowledge that they are simply listening, agreeing with and following what YOUR candidate says to them. The fact that they don't decipher between fact and opinion, or embellishment and reality is "dangerous."

There's plenty to dislike about Ted Cruz, but you don't see him or his supporters acting like they have no comprehension of decency. I mean, we all know Cruz has mild sociopath tendencies (like the CONSTANT laugh/spit-bubble gargle/show serial killer teeth/look-around-for-support), but his supporters aren't uninformed or dangerous to the point of starting fights and spitting in another human being's face. Sure, I bet there have been a few instances of Cruz's rallies getting too spicy, but there is not a constant barrage of physical and verbal dysfunction associated with his supporters.

Support The Donald all you want. Say whatever you want about Mrs.Clinton, but if you're being honest, you know that Hillary and her voters don't align with your whole claim of being "uninformed" and "dangerous," especially in comparison to Donald Trump.

Since you're of the latest generation of posters to post links, here's one right up your alley and related to your choice of words. It's a bit older, but it explains how Trump's supporters may be "misinformed" instead of "uninformed": http://fivethirtyeight.com/features/trump-supporters-appear-to-be-misinformed-not-uninformed/

I'd be interested to read where you would place yourself on that spectrum.

If you judge your political candidates by how they laugh, you might need to reevaluate your principles.

If all the surplus machine guns and rocket launchers were still in Army barracks in western countries, no it wouldn't; but the 30's were a long time ago.
