Do you even try to comprehend what you write? How do tax cuts for the rich suck money out of the poor and middle class? Are you implying the poor and middle class are forced to make up the difference? There will always be a poor class. Just accept it and move on. Democratic policies like Obamacare is what hurts the middle class. Raising taxes only hurts the middle class. The wealthy will find new ways to avoid paying those taxes, or if they must, it wont hurt them that much. Either way, Im not going to argue whether we should raise or lower taxes on certain classes, I only want to state your argument is just as flawed as the one youre railing....which ironically enough, is party line thinking.

Tax cuts result in less money injecting into the economy over time as spending ultimately declines (relative to inflation). This is reflected for instance that unemployment insurance is still capped at $400/week for instance after 20 years. It's not only the poor that get UI By the way. Thus you are effectively redistributing wealth from the middle and poor to the rich - it's no wonder that the wealth skew is the worst it has ever been since 1929 - right before the last crash. How do you figure that raising taxes on the top 2% hurts the middle class? Where do you get they will find ways to avoid paying taxes?
