This team needs a coach so bad. It's just too frustrating. This team takes on the IQ of it's sorry ass coaches over the past few years with McHale and his idiot protege JB.

Brewer being in such a bad funk is killing us . KJ really isn't any better . I think JB is hoping Brewer can snap out of it . If he plays KJ and KJ sucks whatever was left of Brewers confidence will be shot . I'm not defending him , just saying its a hard position . He needs to try Beasley at SF to get him minutes without taking them away from Dmo who is also playing very well . Ariza on points has worked very well before as well as Brewer to a lesser extent . If Howard has to play then play him with Dmo , Beas , Ariza , and James . Terry is dead . Capela is so inconsistent . The coach needs to do much better to put players in a position to succeed .
Firing Mchale 11 games in is only defendable if you hire the right replacement. Jb is not that guy. It will be an epic organizational failure if they don't hire angood coach this summer.
I want Calvin or JVG as the coach . We need someone who can communicate with the players and figure out how to fix problems
When you're getting nothing from Beverley and Terry, can't even go to Goudelocke b/c he's inactivated for a guy whose not even playing. Then he continues to play guys who aren't playing well b/c he wants to be loyal and not hurt feelings to the detriment of the team. Everyone could see that Dmo should have been playing down the stretch while Dwight and Brewer should have been on the bench.

I've defended JB a ton..but it's just highly unlikely they'll keep him as HC, given the circumstances, especially without a magical turnaround.
