That small number of H1B visas is disproportionately responsible for a large amount of innovation and job creation.

You don't see a boom in China or India--really? Did you miss Alibaba's IPO? Snapdeal's $6.5bn valuation? All of the s**t happening in Shenzhen with hardware? I hate China's political context but to claim you don't see startup innovation happening in either country is farcical.

Indian Startup Boom Brings Tech Talent Home

Why India's Startups Are The Investment Of The Moment

    http://www.inc.com/associated-press/alibaba-leads-china-startup-boom.html

Budding Chinese firms of all types raised more than $1 billion in venture capital in the first quarter, a 35 percent jump over the same period last year, according to Dow Jones VentureSource. That was far short of the nearly $10 billion raised in the U.S. during the same period, but enough to rank China ahead of Europe in venture capital.

    ---

The most talented people in the world want to move to America now, but that can change at any time (maybe through election of a bombastic demagogue). It'll be too late to reverse course when that happens, especially since it's already starting.

And no, talent doesn't correlate perfectly with you spending tens of thousands of dollars to be coddled in formal education, especially in engineering or computer science. Doug Cutting graduated with an AB in linguistics--that didn't stop him from creating Hadoop.

    ---

Go Trump go! Make China great again :)

China is the 2nd biggest economy in the world. Of course there will some billion dollar companies over there. Have you ever been to china or India? Most of the smart Indians seem to figure out how to get out whether it be h1b, school, or whatever. At least that is from my experience. It may not be the same with Chinese, but it is really polluted country. When I was over there was a lot of smog.

I haven't been to India but been many times to the PRC. Yes it is very polluted and corrupt but it has had a boom with many entrepenuers and hi-tech startups. My understanding of India is that it also has been booming with entrepneurship and hi-tech start ups. I've seen many articles such as the one below about Indians educated and / or working in the US returning to India to start companies there.

That man now has assault on his record for...

    defending Donald Trump's honor.

Out of all the causes in the world to resort to assault... defending Donald Trump's honor has to be the most foolish cause in the known universe.

They should make a prequel to the movie Idiocracy and all the footage should come from Donald Trump rallies.

    More like 'what an idiot'

The type of people that attend Trump rallies (in support of Trump) are exactly the type of people that settle differences of opinion with sucker punches.

That's it. Trump is the exact foil of Adolf Hitler.

All this attention on Donald Trump by liberals when Ted Cruz is every bit as bad.
