On reaching .400 from 3 and on his first double-digit assist game as an NBA player and thus a new career high 10 assists  It only took him 4 years to do it haha just having a little fun, no reason to come in here and bash the guy. Hope he continues his play. He actually came to play after the meeting and has been knocking down shots and getting key rebounds. For all his flaws, you cannot say he doesn't give effort and he does what he's asked to do (not that of a traditional PG ).
Gotta admit he backed up his words for this game. Let's hope he can keep on playing well against the big teams.
Dude, even Lin had multiple 10 assist games for us. Hell, Lawson as bad as he was had an 11 assist game for us. That's a shocking stat.
Pat Bev's handles are pretty weak and his passing skills are poor. So it isn't surprising he doesn't have a lot of assists.
Trivia Time Aside from Harden and TMac, who is the only SG to have 10 assists in a game for the Rockets since Mobley's last one in 2004. hint: he only had one.
Luther Head Sura played PG for us, no? definitely before we got Wesley midseason, as he took over Ward/Lue's job. And even when we got Wesley, Wesley played SG, no? Sura had double the Assists to Wesley. Anyhoot, it would be Sura and Head if we're going to debate whether Sura was the SG or not. Sura had three in his one season with us.
Luther Head. 11 assists 12-22-06. I won. Give me my mon-ey! http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/h/headlu01/gamelog/2007/
Congrats Bev. He's been one of our most consistent players on BOTH ends this year. Ofcourse he doesn't get credit here. primarily because hes from Chicago & not some foreign country. If Bev was of European descent he'd be the most favorite Rocket by far
I like Bev a lot. He isn't called the Wolverine for nothing. I do wish that he would defend better though.
Beverley has not been the problem this year. Who would have ever thought he would shoot 40% in three pointers. He's done his job.
