    You're right but they do get tens of millions at least. I really don't know the right amount for any of this stuff as long as they are handsomely compensated for wrong doing I just shrug and say good.

    The amount of the award has to do with how competent your legal representation is. Your legal team can ask for as much as they think is necessary, right?

    His lawsuit was actually more compelling from a loss perspective. He could pretty easily argue that his brand was irrevocably damaged and he lost his job with wwe

    His use of that word was on the sex tape.

    I pretty surprised he won this suit. The Erin Andrews thing was different because she was being taped without her knowledge. Hulk knowingly made a sex tape with his friend's wife and it got into the wrong hands.
