First off , part of a coaches job is to find a way to get the team to play hard during the game. Second, maybe they do not believe in the lousy game plan on the court. Third, they might have had all these player meetings only to realize the problem is with the coach, and it is hard to have two jobs at once when on the court when you have to cover up for an inept coaching staff during the game.
Hahahha they were talking about relationships. Would be even more funny if Thornton was still there. "Harden, start a relationship with Thornton and pass him the ball!" So was Kim Kardashian mentioned? Howard's baby momma's?
Dwight is the main guy who has an agenda. He wants to be Harlem with a bad post up game and refuses to set picks because of it. He sleep slacks off on d because he doesn't get his way and he wants a pay raise this summer **** you Dwight please leave and take Jb Smith and sewer with you.
We already know players are rebelling..ty said it. Coaches don't have control over that, unless they're a pop or Carlisle type..with leverage. Those guys can win against the FO or media....but If Mchale the great Celtic couldnt, then JB isnt either, as a smaller fish, rookie head coach....why do you think so many fans put it all on JB? It's easy and he has to take it. Hes not going to call out guys like Carlisle did with Parsons. Goudelock wasnt winning the game for us last.night. That was a minor issue, even if it was a mistake. Defense is the same as offense...until players buy in, you dont know if you're watching poor coaching or players winging it. Lack of communication on D has neen acknowledged all season..thats one thing that can lead to bad switches. I imagine theres room for guys to make educated changes on whether to switch or not.

LOL, like celebrities reading "mean tweets" It would be funny to get the Rockets players reading quotes from this board!
How Am I in denial at the moment. Do you not see the coaching job taking place on the court. Yeah, but coaching is more than coming up with a game plan, you have to be able to push the right buttons to get the team to play hard, whether through the media, or in person. This is where having a strong personality to where the players respect and look up to comes into play. Maybe he does not have the respect of the team, but that is not due to the team, that is due to the coach. If anything, this team does play hard, only to get discourage due to poor coaching decisions and a broken system during the game. I do not know why people might feel bad for Bickerstaff, he has had time with this team to the point he possibly should have been prepared when his name was called to coach the team. Obviously if the problem could not have been fixed internally, then it would've been possibly better to have a coach hired externally from the team.
