The candidate who's campaign manager put the bruises on the woman's arm, is the same one who pleaded with supporters to violently attack if they saw somebody who might throw a tomato. Their campaign doesn't have room to make light of the reporters "damages"
I don't consider that video "assault," but I see that there are degrees of assault, so okay, maybe a minor degree fits the definition. That said, this could have been a non-issue had Trump's campaign manager handled it better. It's pretty incredible how they're making enemies of their own supporters.
