whoa hang on there, I was actually about to ask you why you hated our constitution so much. Why you're ok with Trump attacking and trying limit the press (while he's not even president). I really thought you would stand up for the laws of our country.
If the protesters were throwing bottles or instigating fights, then absolutely they are to blame- it's like all the idiots in Ferguson who threw things at police officers- hell yes, arrest those assholes. And I do agree on the far left being intolerant- when they start saying that they want the American flag removed b/c it might offend some- well, tough ****- it's our country's flag and there's no reason not to be anything but proud of it. You don't like our country's policies? Fine- but the flag is about much more than that- and I'm one of those liberals whose blood absolutely boils when I see someone stepping on the flag. I had to learn all about taking care of it- 8 years as dad to a Boy Scout (who got his Eagle Scout, BTW)- I got up at 6 AM every morning on the holidays to put 40 of those up around the neighborhood. So, I particularly revere it. So, yes, far left has gotten out of hand- but NOTHING verbally or gesture-wise deserves violence.
I call bull****. Yes, let's support Trump b/c I don't like the anti-Trumps, rather than all he represents. OK.
Looking for fights? Showing up at a place is now looking for a fight? Again, the proper way to deal with this is to eject them and move on. Yet we have people here who are basically saying that if you show up at a Trump Rally with a dissenting voice then you deserve whatever you get. Will this hold true if he becomes president? Well we know that's what he stands for. The guy who thinks there should be consequences to protesting and wants to open up libel laws...
My point is that the over-the-top insulting rhetoric is entrenching his support. It has created this background noise that is drowning out everything else. It's as if people got together and tried to figure out the worst possible strategy to take down Donald Trump.

The problem is that the tea party's entire platform is based on low-information voters. Actually wrong-information would be more accurate - they do watch Fox News. It's like someone on a diet of lard and sugar getting fat and trying to explain why other people are so unhealthy. The biggest irony of these voters is that the person who actually would help them the most, and truly address their anger - is a Bernie Sanders - but their xenophobia and narrowmindedness will never let them see it. Instead, you see it here, with the whole SJW and smaller gov't thing. The whole codified language of smaller gov't is really to just cut benefits to African Americans and hand more money to the rich - which these boobs are not. They are actually supporting putting in place people who would lower their standard of living. It's quite remarkable. So yeah, not low-information - that is too kind. More accurate would be bigoted idiots.
Oh the arrogance. Politicians and their voters sure like labeling other groups as "low information". Blacks and the poor that vote Democrat are "low information" or "ignorant" according to Republicans. Trump supporters are "low information" according to Teddy Cruz or liberals. If you don't support Sanders it is because you don't know enough about him or you have been influenced by some faceless big business monster. It is all just a bunch of useless BS that doesn't help or further the narrative.
The difference is that Trump supporters are "low information" according to everyone. Sure there is partisan nonsense, but that's not what this is. You'll hear that Trump supporters are r****ds from conservatives, moderates, and liberals. Trump has brought unity to the political spectrum in that nearly everyone agrees that him and his supporters are awful.
Not a Trump supporter so I can't answer that specific question. But I will say, the anti-Trump campaign is very similar to Trumps campaign. I calls it like I sees it.
You and I are on the same page. I am not defending Trump or his supporters. When you are a national candidate, and you make decisive comments at rallies, it can lead to serious issues. I would not be at all shocked if one of Trump's "followers" goes John Hinckley Jr. or a Sanders supporter does the same. With mass media, it is a powder keg for the mentally ill and extremists.
since day one, i've made that very clear. it may appear that i support because i hate the media and their attacks as well as disguised news even more than trump and right now most of those attacks are directed at trump. i think you have to tell the truth and let the majority decide whether you like the decision or not.
Really? So who do you support then? Literally everyone still in the race is against Trump and his disgusting antics so it seems odd that you could support anyone other than Trump and still try to come to his aid when he's called out on his BS. Trump is a scumbag and so are his supporters, all of the evidence supports that conclusion.
Oh there are plenty of low information voters on both sides of the isle. Most poor are low information - heck MOST Americans are low information. Fact is very few people take the time to educate themselves on the issues. Which is why I say "low-information" is a ridiculous term to use. The issue with trump supports isn't that they are "low-information", it's that they have the wrong information and are blinded by red herrings. Certainly radical liberals have their own issues as well, but far right are far more damaging since they then to dehumanize their opponents more.
I don't support anyone directly but my hope is that neither Trump, Cruz, or Hilary win. It's not looking good for me unfortunately. And btw..., I've defended Sanders as well because he is also an unfair target by the media awhile back. Agreed and anyone could reach this conclusion without the media brainwashing them. Let the people think and decide at the polls otherwise admit it's not a democracy. This is one of the reasons I want Trump nominated as the Republican candidate. I believe in the American people and they would show it at the polls. I don't like this hate vs hate approach that we're seeing right now. Trust the people and the system!!!
Ah, so you're one of those Sanders Trump supporters. Gotcha. I know a Trump nomination is the best chance for Sanders, but you guys don't have to embarrass yourselves defending Trump
Hillary is starting to steal Trump votes <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">The KKK leader who says he backs Hillary Clinton <a href="https://t.co/lJJuld2qr1">https://t.co/lJJuld2qr1</a> <a href="https://t.co/IC92ro3J59">pic.twitter.com/IC92ro3J59</a></p>— The Telegraph (@Telegraph) <a href="https://twitter.com/Telegraph/status/709257031266361344">March 14, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
For those of you not in the thread, Trump has managed to do something layers of political correctness and SJW work couldn't...splinter Breitbart in half. http://www.newsweek.com/breitbart-michelle-fields-ben-shapiro-436596 damn. First Amendment chillies for everyone!
