Also, it is hard to watch Howard - he is such a stat w****, he only camps under the basket, pushes off trying to get rebounds on D, but will not go out and cover his man leaving us wide open at times.

Hell DMo had to try to cover cross court in the first quarter while Howard lazily stayed in the paint.

Between Howard and Harden - if they are not going to commit to the team defensive system they need to sit more often.

Harden is showing signs of playing D, but Howard is just lazy on that end...just stays in the paint for those rebounds...get those numbers for that next contract.

Harden and Bev getting beat by their man constantly in the first quarter which caused Dmo to help out defensively which left his man open (Marvin Williams) where he was draining 3 after 3. Not his fault, JB should have been getting on the perimeter guys for all of the defensive breakdowns.

 

I'm more frustrated with how bad Jones has been this year. How is a guy with that much talent as bad as he is now.

Kind of concerned about Harden right now. I thought he would come out of the all star break and really get it together from three point land but he's in a huge slump from there. 34% for a shooter of his calibre is poor, we aren't doing anything in the post season if he's not knocking down his threes. We need him to get out of it ASAP.

 

I pointed that out because he got the start and did not commit a PF. Other bad news is no Goudelock or KJ at all.

 

I can't believe we didn't trade T.jones? We couldn't get 2nd round pick!?

 

I see the little things that matter when you are trying to win, he played great on offense - rebounding well, shooting well, but he doesn't help out his teamates with picks and switches - he stays in one spot only, and is terrible on defense.

And the little things are what matters.....at least to me.

Really tough to watch 14 points and 8 rebounds in a half.
