I was just explaining American history to you.....a topic you seem to be horribly ignorant of. Most people consider Samuel Adams to be a "founding father", he was well known for organizing protests in which rocks, ice, coal, and feces were thrown at politicians or potential office holders any time they showed up in public in order to intimidate them. He organized the group that ran Thomas Hutchinson out of town before vandalizing his house simply due to political disagreement. He, and other "founding fathers" did this often and did it proudly. Would they agree with "shouting down" an opposition politician that they believed to be harmful to the country? Of course. They'd even want to do more than that. Let's not forget that the Boston Massacre was started by a violent group of protesters attacking soldiers that were stationed to keep the peace.....not a lot different from the cops that got hurt tonight. A lot of the "founding fathers" were pretty radical. Showing up to protest a scumbag like Trump isn't censorship, he had all the right in the world to say whatever he wanted to say, he was just too much of a coward to do so. Normally I'm not a big fan of protesters because far too often they don't have a legitimate cause, stopping Donald Trump is probably the most valid cause out there though. The guy is an absolute monster who would destroy this country.

I believe that things are going just as Mr. Trump planned. I have suspected all along that this is an insincere troll candidacy to expose the GOP exploitation of hot button issue voters. He intends to be vile enough to rally the forces of progress and unity against him and cut off the astroturfed, PAC led false front alliance. No one in their right mind would run a campaign this simplistic and incendiary if they had any real aspiration to get elected dogcatcher much less President of The United States. This is a prototypical WWE villain act to ensure the popularity of the good guy (democrats? Ms. Clinton?) Donald Trump has instigated a fight against the Democrat left's political correctness agenda. This is the 'Front' of that battle, a battle that Trump has chosen. Trump's effective opposition to this violent and very dangerous agenda, which is effectively about ending free speech in this country, is actually what these thugs were gathered to oppose. This is what is on the line. It is a battle that Trump started. It is a battle that we as a nation desperately needed someone to take the lead on. Trump did. Well, as we can all see, this is turning into a real 'battle'. It is really on, because now that this group has succeeded in stopping this Trump rally in Chicago, you know it will not be the last place these tactics are employed by these people. We have seen this sort of thuggery from these leftist goons on college campuses, the BLM movement protests, the homo-fascists in places like Memories Pizza in Walker, Indiana, and of course in the Ferguson and Baltimore riots. This sort of violence and incivility are now standard tactics used by a variety of segments of the Democrat left. These people and their outrageous behavior threaten who we are as a nation down to its very foundations, including our first amendment rights to free thought and expression, especially freedom of speech and freedom of religion. They must be stopped. If Donald Trump wants to realize his most impressive victory yet, he needs to demonstrate he can handle these people, as they are the greatest enemy our nation faces, bar none. If he allows them to handle him, then he is probably in for a fast exit from this race. I am no Donald Trump fan, but I hope he succeeds here. This issue that he is now confronting is a lot bigger and a lot more important than anything else that is going on in this presidential contest. Good luck, Donald. You've gone off base. You were explaining why Trump advocating violence of beating people up and him paying the legal expenses was okay if they were going to throw tomatoes. Of course when you did it, you didn't want to say tomatoes so you said throwing objects and mentioned assault. I said I'm not sure throwing soft fruit was really assault. You said you were sure it was. I posted the festival in Spain where it's dedicated to people throwing tomatoes at each other over and over. It all goes back to your original defense of the idea that Trump was justified in advocating violence and knocking people at if they might throw a tomato. The secret service protecting their candidate isn't really related to whether or not Trump was justified in pushing for violence to people who would throw a tomato.
You were the guy who defended a Trump supporter who sucker punched a man who posed no threat at all because he was a protestor, and then said he might have to kill him next time. The reason the racists flock to Trump because he gives them cover for their racism. He basically lets them hide their xenophobia - their desire to blame problems on Blacks, Muslims, Gays, Feminists, Mexicans and so on - a veil of "political correctness". Fortunately, I have faith in this great country, and know that they will fail because America has already become a pluralistic society to enough of a degree that they would never elect someone like Trump. [Educational Post] Last night's ugly protests prove that we have a candidate supported by violent racists... and that candidate is Bernie Sanders. The left's intolerance and rejection of free speech is unfortunately driven by their most ignorant supporters -- troubled inner city youth and aggressive left wingers. Unfortunately, this angry mob is also the loudest contingent. They are a threat to our civilized society and more importantly if they amass enough supporters they could threaten my ability to live a life of luxury. What we need to combat these problems is a focus on education and job creation. We also need nuclear families with a mom and a dad -- not situations where you have one man sire 10 kids with 8 different mommies. We need to point out to these misguided people groups that democratic rule in urban areas and elsewhere has produced this permanent underclass of society with no real hope for prosperity. Ugly scenes like night produce the opposite of their intended effect -- scaring people and reinforcing negative stereotypes...which then perpetuate the problems! We need healing and not division, and we need politicians who can unite, not play off of group differences to rally their base, as Obama has done over these past 7 years. We need leadership, not political games and short term thinking. This division and poor leadership is Obama's greatest failing.

That people are rightfully starting to protest Donald Trump everywhere he goes. When you have a monster like Trump trying to seize power there will be people speaking out against that. I personally hope there are thousands of people speaking out against Trump everywhere he goes until the threat of Trump seizing power is finished.
I am not defending Donald Trump. I am defending his and our first amendment rights to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press and freedom of assembly.
