We need to make an adjustment to our strengths as a team that lives and dies by the 3. JB needs to step up as a coach and reign in Sir Shootalot Harden when it comes to his taking so many 3pt shot attempts. We need to play to our strengths, and the best players need to step up and quit passing back to Harden instead of taking the shots. Top 100 3pt attempts rankings: Harden 3, Ariza 14, Beverly 55, and Terry 85 Top 100 3pt% rankings: Harden 100, Ariza 50, Beverly 17, and Terry 77. Harden should NOT be taking the most shots. Why doesn't our coach start coaching to our strengths? In that same respect, Dwight is number 2 in the league in FG%, but 59 in shots taken. Get him the ball more and teach that man how to make a free throw so he stops getting hacked so much. We can do this! It is not rocket science, but ROCKETS power.

They shoot better percentages because they don't shoot as many, and often get wide open looks, while Harden is the one taking shots at the end of the shot clock, even if he doesn't want to take them.

Funny how I said this last year too and Harden still hasn't been able to prove he is better than Beverly, Ariza, or Terry. You guys really don't give enough respect to the other players. It isn't logical for Harden to take twice as many 3's as our best 3pt shooter, no matter how you try to justify it.
right about dwight, wrong on harden. he just needs to stop chucking threes when his shot is off. since rockets suck he needs to avg 20 shots a game. hopeflly that hcanges next season dwight def needs the ball more but he needs to demand it and call his guys out. this is a coaching thing that wont change till we get a real coach
