Cousins is the worst kind of player attitude wise. Plus there have been reports throughout the years that he doesn't like playing with white guys.

You have a point, but to say that the only thing that matters of a player's quality is his "contribution to winning" but the only indicator you provide for this is his team's number of wins is ridiculously oversimplified. Basketball is not an individual sport. That said, Cousins lacks in leadership skills. Just can't dismiss him as a force on the court, because his team sucks.
its not the only indicator but you sure can dismiss him. Especially for those that think he is as good as his these "stats" indicate. His team sucks excuse which is used way too much around here is just another scapegoat.
Cousins will be good once he gets out of that Kings culture. He was perfectly fine on the FIBA team. He just needs to be around GOOD players, vets. The Kings culture is bad. If Ainge can get him in Boston under Stevens, he will flourish there.
Haven't checked the numbers, but has he become a good defender yet? Is it possible to give heavy minutes to a center who's bad defensively and be a good team?
Well that culture isn't here either. Rockets culture is not toxic, but it's far from a good established one.
