Thanks for the list! I honestly wonder if they are shaking down the FA options or looking more at the draft. Hopefully they have something in mind.
Davis couldn't outplay Owen Daniels last year. Forget about it. There are better options. Gates got signed because of what he means to the franchise and what he can do for Ladarius Green.
I think you are confusing Graham with Griffin, I'm almost 100% sure Ryan Griffin is still on the roster and doesn't become a FA till next year.
Do we dare use our first on Hunter Henry out of Arkansas? http://www.nfl.com/draft/2016/profiles/hunter-henry?id=2555341
I'd be absolutely shocked if that happened. I really think they go WR, O line, or D line with the first pick.

Lance Zierlein's review and grade of Henry is unusually favorable. None of the 4 other "experts" doing mock drafts on the NFL site have him as a first round pick. Arkansas pro day is Wed, the 16th. He didn't do anything but bench press at the combine (13 reps, second worst among people who participated), so pro day results should reveal a bunch.
Happens all the time, Griffin hasn't done enough to really get his name out there and Graham has been around so long most people know him so it's really easy to confuse the two. Both Griffin and Fiedorowicz are both around 6'6 and I think that's how BOB prefers his TE's. When it comes to Griffin, if he can stay healthy, he can be a really nice receiving option. Between Griffin and Fiedorowicz the Texans could have good enough TE's to go into the season, especially when you consider that the TE draft class is sparse. Outside of that kid from Arkansas and maybe Cardale Jones, there aren't many TE's worth drafting until the late rounds. Add to that the Texans don't have THAT much cap room left to play with and I think they stick with what they have.
Some have gone so far as to compare him to Jason Witten, but others aren't that high on him. If there's a star TE in this class, it's him, but I'm not sure he'll be that.
its scary to go for a guy that hasnt shown much and I worry if after a while like with keenum, folks will start to figure this guy out. with this other push at RB this literally is the first time in history of this ownership and franchise that they have actually gone for it. I appreciate that in this moment. its so out of character that Im frankly shocked. Im waiting for them to do something bonehead but I think this is finally something. a proof of a pulse. if this osweiler guy flames out then at least they can say they went for it. they have NEVER done that before. EVER. props
Of course they've been in touch with Fitzy"s agent, he's also Brock O's agent. He's having a good week.
They took a risk on trading a 1st and two 3rd round picks for schaub. They signed rb ahman green who turned out to be a dissapointment. Also, in 2011 they signed johnathan Joseph and Daniel manning who is there best Texans free agent signing.
Still have more than enough cap space to go after a solid S. I really like Weddle as a bounce back candidate but I understand if they don't want to go after an older player.
