I went after Bobby because he calls someone racist in every single post. It's annoying as hell.

I am not a split personality. I have said all along I want Bernie. Give me Bernie or I'm giving you Trump has been my motto for months.

I like Trump because of what he's doing to the republican party. He admits the Iraq war was a lie and a catastrophe. He says that Planned Parenthood is helping millions of women. He says he wants to work with both sides and make good deals. These are all things the republicans have had complete opposite stances on. Having a guy on stage saying these things is a very important step towards fixing the republican party. Ted Cruz again last night warned of making deals in Washington. Isn't making deals the whole point of politics!?

Donald Trump is reformatting the republican party. Hopefully the new party that emerges will be born of this century instead of the 18th century.

I guess you haven't read any other posts here. That makes up about 50% of the content.

LOL, so Baba Booey isn't a Trump supporter because he's a racist, he's a Trump supporter because Trump is destroying the Republican party and Trump will help get a Democrat elected. That's the other part of Trump's support group.

I do not think this bbs is a very good representation of the whole country, it leans more liberal. I know people who would not vote for Sanders just because he is associated with the word "Socialism".

ding ding ding. Now you're getting it, Bobby.

The other side to the story is that I do not fear a Trump presidency, so if it's Trump vs. a democrat, I can live with either result.

That's true, I know a lot of people who wouldn't normally vote for Sanders, but when you put Trump on the ballot a lot of that goes out the window. If you asked me 10 years ago if I would consider voting for a Socialist, I would have said that there was no chance it could happen......yet now the threat of a potential Trump presidency would have me voting for Sanders in a heartbeat.

Yeah but that also means you aren't really a Trump supporter, you are a Democrat supporting the guy that has the least chance of beating people you really want to win.

If the Rockets win the West, who do you see winning between Houston and Toronto/Cleveland?

Bernie has no shot in the G.E. unless Trump self-destructs. All Trump would have to do is maneuver more to the center on various issues and then attack Bernie for being an evil socialist who will give people handouts, that gives Trump an easy victory. The Republicans spent the last 8 years at least painting Obama as a socialist and convincing the American people that the US would turn into the USSR under socialism.

That's not even the worst part, Bernie is planning to raise the taxes on pretty much everybody, not just the top 1%. Even though we will get free healthcare and free tuition, nobody is going to pay attention to that. Americans have a selfish mentality, they don't care about others as long as they have theirs. This applies to the middle class, if they are happy about their health coverage that's through their employer, they are going to balk at paying more taxes to provide good coverage to the poor.

Bernie Sanders is enlightened but his views are completely at odds with the majority of Americans, he is too extreme right now. If only young people voted then of course Bernie has a shot, but that's not the case.

If Trump is the nominee, I will not vote for President. I would NEVER vote for a dem but see little difference between Trump and a Dem.

Note" I will go to vote for all other races but leave the Presidential vote empty unless the Libertarians put up someone who is pro-life. If they put up someone pro-life I will vote Libertarian.

I don't believe you. Ideologically that wouldn't make ANY sense whatsoever.
