12 points on 10 shots is not terrible. Harden has had games like that where his shooting percentage was low but made up for it by getting to the FT line and Rockets fans praise him for it. Not sure why this is different. Lin still getting 21 minutes in the game...the coaches still think he's contributing.
Why is it a curse on Lin when the SG is getting comfortable with the team? This helps the team, and Lin gets to focus on being the PG off the bench where he belongs instead of at SG where he is undersized. It does mean that Jeremy Lamb will lose even more minutes. But overall, this is good for the Hornets, which is good for Lin.
Yup...good thing he's contributing to the wins in other ways...strong defense, good penetration and getting to the line. Good players are multidimensional and can help their teams win in different ways.
Why wouldn't Lin fans care about the team that he's playing for? That makes no sense. Lin's role is reduced on the Hornets compared to when he was with the Knicks, Rockets and even the Lakers...but Lin fans are happy because he's being treated fairly in Charlotte.
Kemba has been in beast mode in the second half...carrying his team to the playoffs...lin's offense been in a slump but overall he's still a big part of the second unit.
