Maybe they knew they weren't willing to pay as much for him after he rejected their last offer. They might be talking to Fitz or RG3's agent for all we know. Connor Cook would actually fit in well. He doesn't have to be a leader.
well see... but i think we should be excited at the risk taken. Hey if it doesn't work (Well we should be used to mediocre) At least this time there was a risk taken and maybe some hope

The owner said he was going to get a quarterback, it's his money. And really the only thing the Texans had going for them was more cap space to win a bidding war. If two people want something that's up for auction, one is going to have to overpay to win.
Neither you Snowglobe or us Texan's fans can predict how this will turn out. It's certainly easier to say bust given the NFL quarterbacking odds but I see no reason why Osweiler couldn't be the #15 ranked QB in the NFL.
This sounds like too much money. I dont even know the guy but reading 5-2 behind Manning is overspending.
FIRST!!! Oh, wait... nm, this is page 12, lol! I will wait and see on this move. I'm not enamored by it, but then I can understand the move... they realize they have to hitch their wagon to some kind of "future QB" and aren't enamored with what they see in the draft. I just don't see star potential with Brock, but who knows...
I can't tell if the Broncos fans are legitimately pissed off (I think they are) or if their forum is full of just trash talking each other. Kinda amusing lol
