Our flight from OC to Houston was canceled yesterday after going through security and checking in bags. Going again to the airport for our new flight, hopefully it will cleared enough by 7PM Houston time to land.
Where's the massive amount of rain we were supposed to get? Here right outside of Bellaire we've gotten a little rain here and there but nothing like they hyped it up to be.
Not sure what to think about this after the "much cooler than normal" winter they predicted....El Nino is just too tricky...
Be safe and hopefully not too much damage. Very sad seeing the pictures on TV. People's property. The radar looks like an eye of a hurricane attacked Houstun.
From 4:30 to 9AM we have had 8 inches of rain at my house. Looking at the radar there is a potential for a train of storms stretching all the way back to San Antonio. Waller has had 16 inches. http://www.harriscountyfws.org/
Got in to work at 830 in downtown from friendswood. Not too bad. Of all the days for it to flood it had to be on tax deadline day.
