He cherry picked the year to give a false representation of trends. It's a classic Cruz lie. He specializes in the art of the lie.
1. it was quoting a CNN report that made the claim http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/07/politics/marco-rubio-campaign-weighs-getting-out/index.html 2. it wasn't from the Cruz campaign, just some volunteers on their own people in Rubio camp running their mouths off to CNN, and it's somehow Ted Cruz's fault
It's throwing out cherry picked facts with a deliberate intent to deceive. It's an easy concept to grasp.
First of all, the flyer says "His advisors are telling him to drop out," not that he is dropping out. So it is you that is lying in your post above, as demonstrated by the link that you provided. You people are such unbelievable liars. Cruz did not lie about this in the Carson incident and he did not lie about it here, lies by you and Donald Trump and others insisting otherwise, notwithstanding. Once again, your own link proves what a liar you are. CNN again. They are standing by their unnamed source. Meanwhile, Rubio is simultaneously blaming CNN and Ted Cruz in a most hysterical manner. At the same time, Rubio's campaign is on the verge of total failure and everyone knows it, despite the entire Republican establishment moving full force to try to prop him up, not once but at least twice. In this case it does appear that Rubio may be protesting too much.
Somehow its always someone else's fault. Isn't this the campaign that canned their own communications director for LYING already??? Jesus you actually are parsing the words: "Rubio advisors saying he's dropping out vs. Rubio is dropping out". If the person receiving the email believes it, DOES IT REALLY ****ING MATTER? Unbelievable.
I'm with MojoMan on this one. The flyer says "Big Trouble for Ruibo -Advisors tell him to drop out" There is nothing disingenuous about that. It is echoing CNN's reporting yesterday and certainly seems fair game.
Except for the part where the Rubio campaign immediately and loudly denied it yesterday. It's the same **** his campaign pulled on Carson. EXACTLY the same thing...relying on innuendo and shabby reporting to change voter's mind's. NO other campaign has done this. Just Cruz's. He also did the fake Obama, Rubio handshake picture that got his own communication director fired. I"m surprised Justtxyank. You're a pretty level headed guy in the majority of your posts.
I'm not defending Cruz or his campaign. I would never vote for him and hope to vote against him in a Senate race someday. I just don't think this one is even close to the same thing as the Carson situation.
obviously it is in this case the temp didn't change between x and y which was true and you are saying it is a lie... a lie would have been to say that the temp went up between x and y when it didn't.... maybe you should think about heading back to first grade
Wow, I guess it hurts... really hurts, that your candidate's integrity is so tarnished. Appears the Rubio campaign had evidence linking the Cruz campaign: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3482627/Cruz-facing-set-dirty-tricks-claims-time-Marco-Rubio.html
It was not a lie. However, it was completely disingenuous if he has any understanding of the topic whatsoever. If he, on the other hand, has no clue how to digest scientific data and a related argument, it was an excellent demonstration of his level of clue. Cherry picking is absolutely on the level of taking a snowball into legislative chambers to make a point: a stupid stunt that is in no way pretending to be scientific or relevant to the actual topic. I hear Cruz is considering Michael Bay as his chief scientific advisor. If that's wrong, I would love to hear who he is indeed is considering (though he may leave such a post empty, TBH).
