Anyone would've looked great behind that Dallas O-line. I personally think DeMarco is very overrated and benefitted from a Cowboys front that was/is one of if not the best in the league(especially run blocking wise) On the Texans, 5m for Miller over 4-5 years would be a major coup. Dolphins offense was trying to build around Tannehill throwing too much when they should've focused more on running. Miller has legit talent and speed and imo would thrive here
Yep Miller is a homerun hitter. Reminds me of Willie Parker (steelers). If the Texans somehow land Brock, Benjamin, and Miller it will be interesting on what they target at 22.
its rare that a rookie lineman comes in dominates on the line...while drafting for the Oline is important, it would be a huge step back if we let brooks go and relied on some rookie to fill his spot. I feel like that is another position they'd be better off getting in FA--need someone with experience if we really want to go deep into the playoffs

I'm not so high on Brock as others, but if we do land him I won't complain. Benjamin and Miller should be prime targets, along with resigning Brooks(I'd rather lose Jones if we had to lose one)

If we were getting Osweiler I'd rather draft Elliot or Henry. If we are not I would rather draft Lynch. I think you have to go after the Qb first even at the risk of not committing fast enough to Miller. If you don't sign Brooks the 2nd rounder should be an O-lineman.

His results were great, but I could have gotten 4 YPC behind that Cowboys O line. They were THAT dominant. He had over 800 yards before contact that season.
Watch out for the Jags. You know it was only a matter of time before they spent money on that defense.
Uhm... there's a draft - might have heard of it; happens in a month... If they sign a QB, RB & WR in free agency, they can dedicate almost every pick to the OL. Or depth. Or whatever - almost every position but the OL and safety would be essentially locked down.

Yes, draft, relying on rookies to protect your "franchise" QB! Great! I mean, it only took XSF 1 1/2 years to splish onto the scene. Or Derek Newton. Or God forbid they whiff like on guys like Brennan Williams, David Quessenberry, Antoine Caldwell, & Shelley Smith. Hey, rookie steps in day one and he's an all-pro, that'd be great!
Osemele gets 5 years $60mm from the Raiders. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14926977/oakland-raiders-sign-kelechi-osemele Not good news for Texans/Brooks fans.
