Less than they offered to pay him. Sounds like a bargain to me.

Harden is our best playoff performer.

With as much as DD makes up to fit his narrative, I am starting to doubt he ever worked on Star Citizen.

The fact remains we can win with Harden but cant win with Terrence Jones.

Morey needs to let him be someone elses problem.

Howard has been our best playoff performer.

He's done this for years, why should he stop now?

I still think Harden was our best playoff performer but Howard was an absolute BEAST as well

I mean...I think they were pretty even, no?

Dwight was better against Dallas. Both were good against the Clippers. Harden was better against the Warriors.

    It's splitting hairs, really.

Yeah pretty much, it's just that Harden carried the whole offense. Dwight obviously helped on d but Ariza was huge too

Yeah, Ariza's playoff production is underrated. Dude was so good against LAC and GSW.

    Capela was awesome too.

Just looked at the stats and Josh Smith shot 38% from 3 in the playoffs last year

So, you think Morey might do it?

I guess I have no problem with the rule. Can't really think of a time that actually helped a team. And I feel you should probably have some type of allowance for an injury.

Before anyone wonders, Maxwell was on the playoff roster in '95. Actually played one game, and so did Carl Herrera.

What does the NFL do regarding this, and late injury replacements?

What does that even mean? There are only 72 episodes of Wingman's hangar about that.

Especially after game 6 against the Clippers. Hell DD even Morey on the radio said after the trade deadline that Howard was their best playoff performer.

I don't hate him at all, I think he is a smart guy, who has very little understanding of chemistry and how important that is, or values coaching enough.

And I certainly don't believe what he says in his PR spin...I mean honestly.....come on....he is a hair tonic salesman in that regard.

If I owned the team, I would have a President of BBall operations to work with Morey who is a basketball guy, and not a spreadsheet one.

And yes, I am hard to keep up with, always on the cutting edge of the truth. ;)

If you owned an NBA team every year we would be in the lottery and we would be paying mediocre NBA players contracts for years that would make Cato's look like a bargain. The mediocre player's NBA agents would love you and no player of worth would think about coming to Houston.
