Beasley will get in fight with Smith. Eh!!! give back my bag (weed), you know I need it. Smith: "It ain't right, get the **** out of here with that!!!"
Sometimes for something to work, you gotta give it at least half a season or more. Morey does not have time, he is busy discarding and acquiring players at a fast rate that he is not even able to go home and have a cooked meal with his mother. Of course his strategy is based on a hit and miss scale and mostly there are misses because he does not really give them time to work out. If they work out, it will be small miracles.
http://youtu.be/11sntJ0tfgs If he can bring anything like this I am all for the signing... Rockets finally have a front court player that can face up from the mid range, hit the three, and also someone who can take over offensively other than JH.
That was 2010. You might as well mention Dwight, Smith, Terry, and Ariza in their hey day and talk about how about if they were still like that...
http://youtu.be/wmJRyP4kb8 34 points 8 assist just last year. You have to admit the kid is talented, I think he just needs a team that suits him. He fits like a glove for the rockets, literally the only pf on the team that can hit a mid range jumper, I can see Harden/ Beasly pick n pop all day.
Is anybody else wondering how many players Morey offered these contacts to who said no before he finally got down to Beasley and Goudelock?
I'm actually curious to see how he plays. Crossing my fingers that we catch a break and beasley has finally realized his talent. How sweet would that be guys? I know it's about a 5% chance at best but hey miami struck gold with whiteside last year pulling him out of a ymca so atleast Beasley was getting paid to play basketball.
Morey is a weird guy. More than half of our roster are forwards in an era of going small... We kick 2 guards and replace them with a PF. We have like 2 C and 5 PF, but Ariza (sf) is guarding PFs anyway, and we play smallball a lot anyway..
cool video, audio is really bad (for the first two minutes) <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/AFbyadkVlkY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
You didn't even mention we shoot a whole bunch of the 3s without any stand out 3 point shooters, and several subpar ones. 3/34 Somewhere Steph Curry is being sick.
The point is the guy is an offensive threat, and the rockets lack offensive threats. So if he can give half of this performance vs a decent team, 17 points 4 assist. Can be the difference the rockets have been looking for all year.
