    stop taking so many breaks.

I wouldn't worry too much since you're new into your routine. I'd focus on developing your workout schedule/routine and diet. Diets always develop and they take time to find what works for you, but keep it simple in the beginning. Get you're protein and cut out the easy to eliminate carbs like bread. If you workout and cut back on your calories you will add muscle while losing some fat in the early stages.

Coconut oil is great because of its MCT content. I use coconut oil for cooking and in protein smoothies. Also good for the skin and hair. Not sure I would eat it plain or as a dip with crackers/veggies. The taste is rather bland.

What are some good multivitamins and fish oil I can get at Sams or Costco?

I don't necessarily care to order off BB or other sites for this...... but I'll hear someone out. :)

What are you trying to achieve? When I was a young pup, I used to be able to do that at 160 pounds but was able to go more when I got to 170 pounds.

Nothing really. I just workout cuz I like it. I think I'm not eating enough calories to really push past this and I'm ok with it

What bodyfat% do you guys recommend cutting towards? I'm cutting right now but really don't know when to switch to bulking again.

10%. That's a nice round approximate figure for athletes, health and aesthetics all accounted for.

The entire article is idiotic. The Rock juices so hard following any of his advice is pointless.

You study didn't say that. Neither did the ones I posted. Also ones ran by army. You aren't a big fan of following what studies say though so I understand.

More details here on the guy's website, says 'after' pics to come this weekend.

Of course The Rock rides bicycles, but still pretty impressive that the regular dude only gained 1lb on the diet. I'd imagine he had a pretty decent body transformation, even in just one month.

So I took a break last week from the gym due to a friend visiting from out of town, but I went back in on Saturday. I am surprised by how much stronger I got with all those off days, I thought for sure I'd maybe lose some steam/progress, but I've been hitting it very strong ever since I got back into the gym. Ordered Isoflex and should be getting it in today, loved that stuff when I was younger, really cut out recovery time.

Also, I am looking at maybe adding a fat burner, but am skeptical, any thoughts?

My friend and I have been doing this program for 4 months and have seen tremendous results. Just wanted to share it.

My friend has seen greater results in terms of strength and look than I but I'm not far behind. We both eat the same kinds of food, but for some reason he is able to do the workouts better than me (could it be that he was a power lifter before?).

Also, I am unable to get past 6 reps on pull ups and 8-10 on chin ups.

    Other information:
    Friend- 5'10, 145lbs, 7-8% body fat.
Me- 5'10, 179 lbs, 12-13% last I checked, but definitely should be lower now.
