I almost want the warriors to destroy Harden this post season. Maybe everyone will sit up and take notice? Eh. One can dream...
Daryl talked his way out of his first round busts or semi busts. Daryl is 50% talking.... people were growing tired of McGrady but this guy....he is just bad at times saying all the right things to fool people while making mistakes
They added a lottery pick and they're still going to come up short. So, there should be no question we should add the asset and rebuild on the fly this summer. Yes, he will. But he won't be enough to put us over the top. We've got to get a championship big man rotation and more efficient playmaking. You are right. But.....we gotta get Durant if we can. (I suspect he signs a one-year deal and we're at the same place we are now in the summer of 2017 or he forces a trade during next season.) ....and they need better defensive rebounding and more efficient playmaking.
Why Tank? For what? Even if we make this roster better if the philosophy doesn't change it will be the same bs no matter the players. Tank? Wake the F up Houston.
To think we might have had, say, the #12 and #13 picks in the draft. But I still say one of those is better than nothing, and better than letting GS or San Antonio de-pants us and "duct-tape our butt cheeks together" (Emilio Estevez, Breakfast Club) on national TV....four games in a row. This season for the Rockets could be called Murphy's Law: Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong. Or Morey's Law, I suppose. Part of me trusts him to fix it. The other part of me hopes he doesn't spend so much time chasing after Kevin Durant that he also loses out on players we can both afford and really need (i.e., like when he went after Carmelo and nearly got Bosh while Lowry returned to Toronto).
No, we shouldn't. We are going to end up with the 13 or 14th pick in a weak draft. Unfortunately, the players and the coaching staff have no idea to go on forward.
