His pants size doesn't seem to have decreased at all.

His waist +/- is zero, just like his basketball +/-.

 

I have to agree with the posts here... We definitely have the worst power forward rotation in the league. Just awful. Probably bottom 5 at point guard.

 

Please tell me how Plumlee destroyed the rockets compared to the lobster games by 3-4 other players. Learn how to comprehend the game before ü try to talk

Harden/Ariza/Howard all playing their best basketball since Jan is being negated by those 3 things

 

Well Harden has one poor year by his standards with the team barely scrapping into the playoffs with a dumpster fire of a roster and people want him gone (despite the fact Morey put this thing together) so why does it surprise you? And Morey has been here far longer than James.

The whole team looks like that at the beginning.

That's why we are usually down by ten immediately

 

Without Marcus Thornton, we are still scrub team.

Lawson, Terrence Jones and Brewer are still sucking as usual.

 

Actually I'd prefer to keep him and have him return to MVP form like last year. But is it realistic?

Realistic question ....22 games left...how many wins and do we make the playoffs (for whatever it's worth) ?

Disagree. This Rockets team has made it their goal in life to make us all miserable.

100% chance they end up 8th just to make us watch 4 extra games of pain.

 

It is not all on Dwight (most of it isn't Howard's fault) but he doesn't step up on picks, he doesn't body his man as much as he used to and he isn't athletically the weak side defender he was. With a really good team around him it isn't as obvious, but defensively he hasn't been as good and it has been a matter of some physical/some effort. He isn't the only one, there isn't a single player that has been as good defensively as last year... A lot of it being team defense. Harden's defense isn't as good as last year, same with Beverly, but perimeter defense is highly dependent on post defensive awareness.

 

On the plus side, save for some rust I thought Dmo looked great. Hopefully he gets right back into the mix so we can phase out some of the underperforming players.

 

That bench stat has literally ruined my night. The OKC bench for example which is awful is "only" at a -1.2 point differential. Do you know how absurdly bad -9.8 is? That means the starters (Ariza, Harden & Dwight) have to play at a superhuman level just to keep games competitive.

 

Clutch...I think you are right here...that's what I'm feeling. Hate it but it just doesn't seem to matter to this team.

 

Of course it's realistic.

The roster we had in harden's first season here was 10x better than this.
