What is going on?

 

Not much you can do when a team gets hot from the outside. Hoping for the Blazers to cool off in the second half. Rockets defense inside the paint has been great.

This is a sad sad season. Realizations on our chances for a championship in this window we thought we had. Realizations on Harden. Realizations on Morey. Painful things to acknowledge.

 

the obvious is team chemistry and suspect coaching.

I think something that isn't talked about enough is that teams are pretty smart and probably figured the rockets scheme out as the rockets got attention last year culminating in the playoffs and our org (players and coaches) havn't adjusted.

 

Why not promote Chris Finch? There might be not anything to lose at the moment, it is possibly not like J. B. Bickerstaff came out of nowhere to inherit a team he was not around, he might of been with the team for years and maybe should have had a plan for when this opportunity came to him at the possible moment.
