Trump needs to tone down the rhetoric. He has got this thing in the bag. No need to be an arse hole all the time.

I think it is clear that Cruz is a true believer. Maybe not in the dominionist theology held by his father, who insists his son is the chosen one to re-stablish a christian kingdom so to speak, but at least in the economic ideas of Hayek, Friedman, Ayn Rand, and other near religious free marketers. He certainly appears to be living out an ethical code that dictates the ends justify the means.

As president, Cruz may even find a kindred spirit in Paul Ryan, a much more intellectually lightweight version of Cruz. That would be a frightening combination.

I don't know how Cruz's faith fits into his world view; how sincere Cruz might be in his particular christian faith. He may be a charlatan when it comes to religion. He may also be trying to deal with and resolve the contradictions in two powerful philosophical influences in his life: dominions (in which he is the messiah) and objectivism (in which he is a Randian hero). He may sincerely believe elements of both. Or maybe just those parts that help paint the man-above-all-others image he has of himself.

Just got back from my victory lap! Nice to know the opinions of the mah Jong circle are in full swing.

If you hate Trump, you hate every politician the ever existed... and there's nothing wrong with that. But your hate goes deeper for a reason - unlike other sleazy politicians, you can't relate to the guy. You want someone who meekly panders to your fears, then does absolutely nothing about it when they have your confidence. They lie, cheat, steal... but do so with a smile on their face. And you like that.

    You like that. A lot.

It's what you see society as, what a small minded , calculating corporate tusslah thinks is what makes this world tick. Well this cats got a little news for you.

Wake up. It's 2016. In the stupor of mediocrity that consumed you , you can't see what's being blown out of proportion and what Trump is fixin ta do. Never have I heard so many emos whining about stopping illegal activities like human trafficking from mexico. Get over it!

You can also bet shady deals with Islamic governments will come to an end. Renewed interest in renewable energy, the list goes on. Go to the hood, call next, and you gon recognize the fallawin.

It goes down in the DM.

    Wait, I mean.

Game recognize game. Let go of your fears, and let the visionary guide you to the promised land. It's not like you have a choice. ;)

Trump is sort of like Hitler in that he says what he thinks with conviction and purpose.

He is often wrong, but I love the bravado. It is undeniably fascinating.

Would LOVE to have a beer with Trump and Bernie.

Cruz is slimey, Clinton is slimey. They just make me sick...

Cruz & Clinton definitely strike me as the type of people who order O'doul's when drinking with you.

I think this is the first post I've seen with someone saying they like someone because they're like Hitler. Anti-Godwin's law?

Trump is 69 and fat (look at those giant jackets hiding his terrible figure). The protester would have beaten the **** out of him.

They Live Alien Donald Trump Limited Edition Halloween Mask

It's like posting in the D&D. If you write totally over the top bombastic posts blasting other posters you will almost always get rep from someone. Well reasoned, thoughtful posts - much more substantial posts - are ignored. Donald Trump needs to keep his followers frothing at the mouth to keep them engaged. If they loose focus, they might wander off and decide they like turtles or something.

    From your article:
I think the reality is that the GOP has painted itself into this corner over the last 10 years by scorching the "moderate" and declaring science, education and media all enemies of the state.

The intellectual conservative finds himself alone in a room with clowns and carnival barkers.
