No doubt. He was voted MVP by his peers last year. He is the most unstoppable player in the world. He is the most marketed NBA player in the world. He had 42 points tonight and shot over 50% FG and the whiners are still whining. Harden is the greatest, but haters just want to hate. Why not hate on Bev who can't shoot? Or Corey who plain sucks. Or JB, who keeps playing Brewer for some reason......................
Since this thread was started, Harden had 2 turnovers a one of which was a bounce pass that hit Smith in the hands all alone rolling to the hoop, the other was after a trap/double where he got caught in between passing and shooting. He also had 30 points. But those turnovers, that's why they lost. It wasn't the 4 minutes that Harden sat in the 4th when the Rockets went off the cliff and gave up their lead.
I like the one where he throws it off the backboard, then jumps up and down to point out to the crowd that it was a pass and not a shot, while his man streaks down the other side of the court for an easy 2.
While we're too busy bashing Harden, the bench of a team that relies so much on hitting open threes went 1-10 from deep. TJones also with a single rebound in 12 minutes. How the f*** can this be any worse with KJ McDaniels playing?

i dunno if i have a fav but its always hilarious watching him half-ass dribble next to a good defender or a steals guy. and there's that move where his man blows by him easily for an easy layup and harden points to someone else like it wasnt his fault. "was that your guy? it was mine? nah that was you. im pointing at you n**ga!"
Sam, it's ironic that I was actually just about to quote the post right before this one as being the best I've ever read from you, no attacks, making your point effectively, and trimming the subtle b****iness of a tone you're used to posting with. Guess you couldn't help yourself though. No criticism from me on Harden tonight, though it is worrisome that he has to score at such a level just to offset his other deficiencies on the court.
oh yeh, the whole team pretty much sucks...there's no denying that... But the thing is, the guys on the bench aren't declaring themselves "the best bench in the NBA..." I haven't heard TJ refer to himself as "the best rebounder in the NBA..." and if you ask TJ or the rest of the bench about their shortcomings, I doubt that any of them would reply "Those that matter don't mind and those that mind don't matter." If yer gonna talk the talk... get ready for the criticism when you're too lazy to play D and too stupid to stop throwing bounce passes between two defenders...
That was a lob pass to dwight. He jumped up and down because he was pissed dwight didn't read it right. I know it doesn't fit your agenda but that's what really is going on.
