Lol, Varejao deliberately throws the game in the finals for Cleveland. But seriously, this is great news for the Warriors. Ezeli won't be back for about a month and half to 2 months. Bogut will certainly be in and out of the lineup for a while. Mo Buckets, as his nickname suggest is there to shoot and score and can't rebound and and defend like Ezeli and Bogut. Varejao will help will the rebounding and flopping defense and if I remember correctly Varejao is a good finisher around the rim when he catches near the rim.
It's a good pickup because it also prevents anyone else from getting a quality between center. The obviously don't need to get much better at this point being 50-5 and all.. Draymond green can play center just fine.
Varejao will instantly become a fan favorite in GS. Dude plays like he's wearing banana's as shoes; it's pure entertainment.
