Compare Morey's 10-20 picks versus his 21 and later:

PatPat, Marcus Morris (over Kawhi), Jeremy Lamb, Royce White, Terrence Jones, Sam Dekker

    Versus

Brooks, Landry, Parsons, DMo, Capela, Harrell, and Joey Dorsey (ok maybe ignore Dorsey).

Now tell me which pick is more valuable, Detroit's 1st or Denver's 2nd rounder?

Detroit's 1st rounder is more valuable.

We'll all be watching when Detriot comes up in the first round and is on the clock, arguing over who we'd grab if we had the pick. They announce the pick and all hell breaks loose if we like it, derision ensues if we don't. We either yell because of what could have been, or yell because the Pistons are idiots. There is no middle ground.
