    If the trade gets vetoed count on DD to be ecstatic, and then when Dmo walks away for nothing he'll start blaming Morey for not taking enough risks.

    I still remember when JVG got replaced DD said the team didnt need a "my way or the high way" coach, then when people were struggling under RA he said the team needed a "my way or the highway" coach.

    Pistons will take a PR hit if they back out. GMs will not want to see their post deadline trade fall apart, so will be wary about dealing with Detroit.

    Detroit needs this trade. Watched them and they lacking shooting in the worst way. Thornton would be a big boost for them.

    Dmo was not going to save this season. And we might not make the playoffs anyways.

    Thornton was a cancer in the locker room and I'm pretty confident that he wanted to be traded.
