So my political guess on the next Trump move.

He starts saying some things that Jeb Bush used to, to garner some of that 8%.

I think much of Carson's supporters will join "the Donald" as they never bickered that much and seemed to be similar in view points at time.

Trump may have a lot of liberal leanings but he isn't really running away from those, he just blows them off. He is running as essentially as a white nationalist and it is appealing to the large swaths of white conservatives and moderates who think minorities have been stealing this country from them. Republicans have talked about lowering taxes and stuff for corporate reasons, but trump is outright appealing to the real reason

Waiting for the CF "pundits" to chime in on Trump shooting himself about saying the Iraq war was a disaster (which is true, just taboo to admit the truth amongst republicans it seems). His voters are angry blue collared white males that hate the all in one gay-muslim-atheist enemy. They rely on their emotions rather than rational thought. This base, as many of us have said in previous elections, is why the republican party is fundamentally flawed. Guys like Kasich that speak common sense can't get a voice because they aren't crazy enough. You have to be a crazy mother****er to succeed in the GOP.

ok. I'll let you review your own post.

Nobody in either party has ever won the primaries that Trump has won and not been the nominee.

It's looking like Trump will be the nominee for the GOP.

That's funny. I'm actually laughing. Too bad that if elected he will make the U.S. a laughing stock.

I think Trump benefited from the "insurgent" vote along with the crazy vote but I think he has a super low ceiling. As other candidates drop out, his numbers won't go up. Sure he can win a 6 person race with 30% or whatever, but if it was a 2 person race, he'd still have 30%. Almost no one is going to be a former Carson, Bush, Kasich, or Cruz supporter and then support Trump.

When this officially becomes a 2 person race, it'll be over for Trump.

While I share your hope this is the case, it really all depends on how long 3 or more candidates stay in...and from the looks of it that's gonna continue for awhile.

If true, then expect Trump to continue to win the 3 man race...racking up delegates till it becomes obvious to either Cruz or Rubio they need to drop out. At that point, the remaining candidate can perhaps start to win states but will there be enough left to be viable? At the very least, Trump looks like he can survive to a brokered convention and at that point, all bets are off.

This, Trump paid attention after Palin showed that populism will gather a high enough percentage of the population to be relevant. He appeals to white people that feel they are forgotten or taken for granted.

    Lol.

    Rofl.

    Lmao.

While the sheep scramble to find reasons why Trump remains popular even though he's a meanie, the shepherd knowingly grins. It was over 6 months ago he laid out exactly what would go down in the first page of this thread, and things have followed to a T.

No one knows the minds of the people more than the man who runs them. And that's why there's a collective gasp, a few gentle tremors, and the buckling of fat people knees every time I post.

Perhaps most impressively, is I've done it in every subsection. Texas , astros, the neck beard haunt, I just , well. Lol.

    Consistently run the game.

My omnipresence is unparalleled, my swagger unmatched. Like Wilt in his prime running circles around pale, gordita swallowing honkies with thunder thighs, domination seems to define me.

Let's take a moment to admire this true visionary - a shepherd guiding the sheep. Paint him whatever way you want, Trump gets it. I get it. And so, the nation moves forward.

yeah and just like last year the homeboy on here the just KNEW romney had it in the bag.

trump will get demolished in the actual election. unless of course he runs against ms hillary and she actually has a real scandal that sticks, which is surely possible to happen with ms (not so subtle) wallstreet.

so with your eager beaver omnipotent self congrats on dragging the GOP into the actual dumpster. hooray

You and Trump are both a ****ing embarrassment. Donald Trump is so bad that the British Parliament actually held a session on whether to ban him. Donald Trump is so bad that he's hated in Mexico and Canada. Donald Trump is so bad that, basically, he's hated all over the world- there are plenty of quotes out there to verify this. Donald Trump is so bad that he offers literally no concrete plans on any of the outrageous, stupid things he says he is going to do. Donald Trump is the only candidate over the past 40+ years of my existence that I would literally have zero respect for if somehow he were elected. He is that bad, and the fact that you support this horrible person to the extent you do shows that you are, by far, the biggest douchebag that has ever existed in the history of ClutchFans. Now, you can go back to jacking off to your Donald Trump bobblehead in your mom's basement.
