i would the lazaraus pit is an easy out for the writers but in the comics a lot of characters have soaked in it.

After last night's episode, I'm getting the strong feeling that the dead person is Felicity's mom, which frankly would be an underwhelming death. The way they have worked her back into the mix doesn't seem to serve any other purpose. The only other candidate that would shake up Felicity like that would be Diggle.
Spoiler Its not going to be Oliver's son though, his mom will probably die protecting him. Barry was the only one that knew he had a son during that episode they traveled back in time.
This show has gone off the deep end. I remember when the first two seasons actually had a consistent plot. Third season was effective, but a wreck. This season has been a joke. Just a bunch of random stuff going on with too many "super" heroes. Laurel needs to die. Like now.
I was going to bump this thread just to say this. I tried. I really did. But the whole cannary cry thing is just stupid beyond measure. Its so bad I can't take the show seriously whenever she does it. Everything that follows feels like a joke.
The hate for Laurel by fans is getting tired. She isn't that bad. This show is corny enough without blaming all its shortcomings on her. Furthermore, they better not kill my boy Diggle.
I don't have a problem with the character, I just think it looks and sounds absurd when she does her cannary cry. c
