They really should consider having the ASG be for home court advantage in the Finals - winning conference gets it. It adds competition to the game. Players like Curry, Leonard and LeBron would definitely play with some added fire.
Harden played the same way in this that he does in the regular season. If the uniforms weren't different you could make a game out of guessing side by side .gifs.
When Durant comes to Houston, Harden will be Lin and Durant will be Harden. But in a MUCH MUCH more explosive and dominating way. Imagine... Harden is our "PG" and Durant is our "SG". Bev is just there for defensive purposes. Am I right????
LOLLLL I thought of it spur of the moment guys... I'm also wasted on Haagen Daz coffee ice cream at the moment.. excuse me!

But, it's still a real game, and the players are trying to play well. Also, pretty much all the players are good in the baseball all star game, so even the last players to play are still good players. And the game means something, because the teams are playing for home field advantage in the World Series. Since the Astros are good again, I will definitely be watching the MLB all star game and rooting for the American League to win.
I bet Harden felt right at home in this game. I never expect exhibitions to be hard fought, but Jesus Christ play some defense.
They should have a day where players can get on teams of 3 and have a 3v3 1game elimination match from like 5-10pm Let players choose there squads from anyone around the league and have a tournament So much cooler things could be done besides skill challenges and stuff like that
I wouldn't say it sucks. It's not a completely defenseless game like the NBA one is for 3/4 quarters. They actually are playing for something which I think is pretty cool. It has it's flaws like you pointed out though, but even the "worst" players are still pretty good baseball players.
